Nice quiet place away from human vanity.

Nice area. Moderate accomodation. Pood service.

Excellent place for kids. There are 2 playgrounds and pond with turtles and fish, that can be fed up.

It's warm, clean and there is hot water. There is plenty of room and facilities. The food is acceptable.

With searing summer heat and too many hotels with only floor fans, we entered our room to very cold ac. We loved it and were able to adjust it easily. There was a small kitchenette and two double beds. Daisy and her husband host this family hotel right in the middle of the old town. The included breakfasts are creative and delicious.

Good value for money and a central location. The first impression you get when you look at the hotel facade and entry is to go back. Rundown is a heavy understatement for how awful it looks. The inside is however surprising: modern and spotless clean, with excellent service. If you're looking for something very close to the city centre it's definitely an option worth exploring given the decent price...

Bathrooms are nice, beds are nice. The location is good. The only downside is how finding the entrance can be a bit tricky. Also, the clock in my room was ticking very loudly.

Loved it! Great pizza and salads. Friendly staff. I also tried the brunch menu, would recommend the shakshuka. There are keto meals available if you're following a diet. Their own brew is nice, too.

It might not sound great but it was amazingly good. Pig ears in garlic sauce! Yam. (keto friendly) The staff was very nice, and talkative, made me feel at home.

The food is junk.....but ok. The local craft beer is very tasty and not so strong. Very nice ambient and personnel.

Nice pub in American style, which also has live performances. The beer is good and fair priced. I recommend the CityPub draught. They offer some nibbles, sallads, and pizzas, but overall, the kitchen could be improved. The vegetarian main dishes are not on the healthy side. But the staff is nice and friendly and the service is nothing to complain about. This is one of my favourite bars in Veliko Tarnovo...

Good and tasty food. Big portions and very good prices. They even offer some own brand of craft beer. Noticed that waitresses don’t write down customers orders, so if the place is full I have no idea how they will manage all orders properly. Except this everything was fine and nice.

Location is in the city center so you have access to attractions and lots of restaurants. In the morning there is a generous breakfast. The hosts are very attentive to everyone. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good, somewhere in the middle of the distance between the old center and the fortress. The room cleaning is done daily and the staff was kind. Unfortunately, the furniture is quite old and some of its elements are missing. They also lacked drapery and the sun was raging inside the room. The rooms on the upper floors did not offer anyone who knows what the skyline was, and...

Clean and cozy family hotel. Situated in the city center, on a quiet and peaceful street near Tsarevets. Smiling, friendly and helpful hosts. And the breakfast was incredibly delicious and hearty. It exceeded our expectations. If you are traveling by car, inform the hosts to reserve your space. We would definitely visit it again. I recommend it to everyone.

Small family run hotel. Good location, can walk most places. Breakfast not offered but places nearby. Small rooms, nice garden. Bathroom could do with maintenance or renovation. Lots of stairs....no elevators. Lots of restaurants close by.

Location was perfect. Google says a 1 star rating. I'd give it atheist a 3 star. I've stayed in a lot worse places. But so central to everything and I found the room comfortable

Lovely place, so much taste and love put into the interior design and room arrangement. Also, the inside garden is so calming and I had a great time. P.S. Cheers for the receptionist that was there from 7 to 22.30 and made us coffee and gave us cold, nice beers 🍻

Quiet and quiet place in Arbanassi with a fresh green garden and gazebo with a barbecue where you can relax or party. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all necessary for complete relaxation I recommend it to all!

One of the best places to stay in Veliko Tarnovo. Beautiful view over the whole city. The room was big and clean, so was the bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel has its own parking spots directly in front of the entrance. We definitely will visit it again.

Great view. Room is nice and clean. The landlady doesn't speak English too good, and parking is not available. Parking in Veliko can be a bit of a nightmare.

Renovated old building. Clean and semi cosy. Nice staff. Perfect location with nice panoramic view to the city. Located in the old city were are a lot of historical buildings from last two centuries.

In the center of Veliko Tarnovo. Comfortable rooms and also very clean. There is a kitchen with a terrace. So you can cook and eat in a wonderful place. The bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended.

Best money spent for spending the night in Veliko Tarnovo. Located in the centre of the old town, it is only 50 metres from a 160 years old restaurant. Great location on low budget.

Perfect service! The food on New years Eve was very delicious! I really liked the room I stayed at. On the 1st we had a big brunch with lots of fruit, an English breakfastand a variaty of juices! The hosts were kind and helpful. I recommend this place and I'm looking forward going there again!

Very nice location, in the centre of the cit. I stayed with my family of 4 in a 4th floor room. The room was small but very clean, the beds very confortabile, the terrace view absolutly breathtaking. It is not a luxury hotel, but perfect for a few days stay. The host is a really nice man, very opend and friendly. They also have parking witch is a big plus believe me I enjoyed my stay there.

Perfect hotel if you are looking for a quiet place in the city centre! Amazing view from the balcony/windows where you can see the two Fortresses of the city. The owner is such a lovely person, he makes you feel welcome from the very first moment! Rooms and bathrooms were clean and we had functioning fridges and heaters. Recommended!! The view from the rooms is just magnificent, I'll definitely recommend to pay a little extra to rent the apartment or take one of the room on the upper floors. The host is also super nice and helpful 🙂

Great place to stay in Veliko Tarnovo. The hotel is nicely positioned near the top of the Old City's heights. The rooms are very clean and the owner is friendly and talkative.

The view from the balcony was exceptiona(Tsarevets fortress),unfortunately we spent only one day here so there is not much i can tell except that is hard to find a place to park you car.

The hotel is situated on the old, narrow streets of Veliko. The rooms are not very well equipped, but for the money you pay, you get a lot. :) The staff there is really awesome. They are very helpful and kind and do their best to have a great stay.

The location is the biggest plus of this place. Otherwise each room has its own styling and the idea is nice, the common space is also very cute and made with care, it is not the typical hotel, it has a tad more flavour lets say. The beds are a bit small and the sheets and towels are clean but a worn out, this needs to be improved. Needless to say that the blankets are made of wool and I'd prefer...

Nice terrace to relax and enjoy the scenery and some food and drinks. There is an English menu now and the lady that served us has good English. Unfortunately the cappuccino was a packet plastic pseudo coffee not a real one.

The Terrace just a few steps down the street on the left side is amazing... very good view to Asenevtsi Monument, good food, good prices, no english menu but nice to interact with locals. Many local students and good vibe.

Excellent location! I mean a Top one!! Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. You can cook in the kitchen. The host is always there to help and chat. Very intelligent young man! Clean rooms and a nice inner yard. There is a small foodshop nearby on 30sec walking distance. The street with the home made craft items (souvenirs and more) is just on 25sec. No car noise pollution as the vehicle access is strictly...

Basic little hotel in the middle of the old town. Great location. The young guy that runs the place is really friendly. We didn't have a booking and he took us in.
