The room is basic & small but has a balcony with nice view of the ocean & sunset. Bathroom is horrible...dirty & not function properly. The hotel however is in good location...close to the pier, restaurants & motorcycle rental places. Their breakfast catered to Chinese clientele which hangout all over the place all day long!

A simple hotel just for rest, not for enjoyment... to enjoy, you can find other nearby hotels.
Some of the settings are quite dated, e.g. the shower head, it's hose and holder. Shower water not hot most of the time.
When I checked in, there's no chair in the room, gotta grab one in the hall outside my room, and that's a pretty much abused plastic chair!

Been staying here every year since new. Clean and in a very good location. A few minutes walk to clean beach and good restaurants and bars. The staff are some of the best we have come across. Excellent value with breakfast included.

The hotel was nice, the accomdation was about a 3 minute walk from the pier (which you can use to go to a nicer beach, if I was staying there longer I'd go to one of the islands, because they were much nicer) they didn't replace our towels because they said we only got one for the day, however the room we stayed in had really good AC (room 002, in the lobby) and our valuables were stored I nthe lobby in a safe locked with a customer-based password. WiFi was terrible, I'd probably stay somewhere else if I came back but if you get all good deal it's worth it

Affordable and the place is pretty nice. It would have been better if you did a little renovation to the hotel, but the stay was pleasant and good.
It takes 6 or 7 minutes to get to the beach, and it's not that bad. You can enjoy a little walk to the sea as morning exercise.
