This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in Cambodia. Makes you feel like you are in a first world country for a change.
Seaside Ajito is located on the beach in a nice quite area near the Sihanoukville port.
Both A/C and wifi worked great and the cleanliness was excellent.
The only downside is that the water in the shower didn’t work sometimes during our stay. Apparently, the water system in Sihanoukville is poorly built, therefore sometimes water will not be available. The kind staff members helped us solve this problem by letting us shower at a different hotel.

Had a very nice experience in Cambodia and very comfortable in this resort, with friendly staff and excellent customer care! A must stay if you're thinking of visiting the beaches of Cambodia!

Good welcoming but had to change room within 5 minutes due to dirty towels and uncleaned bathroom (used combs with hair on them). Second room wasn't amazing as they have gaps between the doors allowing lizards and mosquitos through.
No backup generator so when there's a power cut (frequent) we lost WiFi, air-conditioning and lights. Asked the staff who told us the power will be back by the evening - went for dinner and still didn't have power until roughly 9pm. Would not recommend.
One good point though, they have a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor which offers amazing ramen so maybe visit for lunch/dinner only.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very big and clean. The breakfast is a little poor.

clean room and bathroom. kind staff. paid $ 15 for a room. cheap and tasty breakfast for 2 dollars
