Checked in on my first night of a five night stay and the heat did not work in the room. The door did not lock. The tv did not work. There was “certain” individuals hanging around outside my room and some were even witnessed “intoxicated” not with alcohol. I tried talking to the front desk to which I was told only the manager could help me. I cancelled my reservation and left. I’ve tried contacting the manager multiple times over the last three weeks for a refund or a partial one and no one has been to call me back to rectify the situation.

Place was cold when we arrived. Had to go twice to see about fixing heater. Was then given portable heater. Carpet was filthy dirty. Coffee maker didn’t work Hair in bathtub Tile grout was filthy. Would not recommend will not stay there again. Run forest run

This place has an older exterior with updated interiors. I stayed on a weekend with nice weather and it is close to parks so it took a little while for people to quiet down. The a/c unit is a little noisy but temp was perfect anyways. My room had a sofa, coffee table, desk and fridge so plenty of room to spread out. Great value for price. Don't let lack of curb appeal dissuade you, it is nice inside and all the motels are next to each other, having the same neighborhood.

When we checked in, window was totally broken (inside window-outside window was fine)
Front desk said “I know, but it’s inside. No problem.”
I asked to change room, because we felt unsafe at all.
We stayed another room, but we couldn’t understand why they gave that room to us.

It was the worst place i have stayed. Had to get air freshener to coverthe smell. Window was broken and the bathroom window handle was also broken and would not close.

I regularly stay in hostels and budget hotels around the world, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The pictures show a nice, clean room with new bedding. Reality: 30 year old bed that's turned yellow, pillows that aren't much younger, bedding that's riddled with cigarette burns and stains, nauseating smell of cigarette smoke in the room (don't worry they make you sign a waiver that you won't smoke in the room!), a bathroom that is falling apart (literally, the window and tub tiles are falling apart), sticky carpet (I didn't even know this could happen), and so much more. Spend an extra $20 and stay somewhere better.

My experience was amazing. The food and atmosphere was spectacular. The restaurant was cozy and other than not having my dessert, I found the portions to be very big and filling. The waitress we had was very informative and super sweet to us.

This is our favourite Mexican restaurant, pretty much anywhere. We love Maria's burritos. They are big, wet, full of delicious, and topped with cheese. She makes everything from scratch, including the sauces and soup. The lunch specials are $9 and service is always quick.

Positive review. New York steak was tender and had good flavor which is hard to find in Lethbridge. My mom's prime rib was delicious and my husband's spaghetti & meatballs were good. Great service.

I'm a once a week regular. My wife's steak is always cooked properly (rare). The pasta dishes are very good (lasagna/fettucine). The beer is cold. Stephanie is terrific!

We went here with a group of 11 around 5pm on a Wednesday. Service was excellent and very attentive, but the food was lacking. Everyone in the group commented that it wasn't the quality they were used to.
However the visit prior to that one. Was just a table for two during the dinner hour. Service was lacking. It took a long time to have our order placed. Then a long time for our food to arrive. We saw our server only a couple times including the taking of our order and delivering the bill.
However the food was excellent!
So if they can get it together on both ends. It would be great.

The soft ice cream is the absolute best! Service is pretty fast but need to ask for ketchup & salt or u will drive away without it!

The blizzard was so blended that it wasn't enjoyable. The ice cream was also very thin, despite being very cold. Makes me think they are thinning it on purpose to make more money. One star for you.

Expensive (like all Dairy Queens) for ice cream that melts fast. I'd let it go that they forgot to dip my dipped cone and my husband got a drink with no straw except they weren't very busy, so theres no excuse. Also their pop is very flat or watered down.
