Room was in order, staff was nice. Lots of late night screaming banging shouting pounding on my door

This place has an older exterior with updated interiors. I stayed on a weekend with nice weather and it is close to parks so it took a little while for people to quiet down. The a/c unit is a little noisy but temp was perfect anyways. My room had a sofa, coffee table, desk and fridge so plenty of room to spread out. Great value for price. Don't let lack of curb appeal dissuade you, it is nice inside...

When we checked in, window was totally broken (inside window-outside window was fine) Front desk said “I know, but it’s inside. No problem.” I asked to change room, because we felt unsafe at all. We stayed another room, but we couldn’t understand why they gave that room to us.

The hotel room was not bad apart from cigarette smell, and a breeze under the door because there was a big gap. Otherwise the beds, the shower and everything else work great.

Good spot to stay while I was travelli g through. Well lit parking lot and fairly close to Starbucks for coffee in the morning. Indian restaurant next door is the best! Cleaning staff forgot to check the desk drawers as previous guests left their crack pipes behind...

Clean quiet and friendly staff! Wonderful water pressure and nice big windows to look out if you wish. Everything was very tidy and well kept and the Lady who owns it is amazing! She made my experience enjoyable. I would come here again

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but filled its purpose.

It was uneventful so I was have. Although I was disappointed we no longer get the Ramada breakfast even even though the cost went up

Room is not bad for cleanliness. Check on is handy and easy to move liggage in room. Not a lot of places to walk the dog

The room was very clean. The staff we friendly and accommodating. Water was hot and great shower water pressure.

Older motel but very clean & updated. Free breakfast was not included but for $6.00 who could complain.

Very clean room, friendly staff, only thing that made it 4 stars was the bed was ao hard. But good stay otherwise.

Everything was great as always. It is always so warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are always great. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. Hot breakfast hit the mark. Thank you for another great stay.

The front deck reception was very friendly and helpful. Great service and kind.

The only bad thing was the coffee. In the rooms and at breakfast. Honestly. I rarely complain but the coffee needs improvement. All the staff were excellent and attentive and Johnny-on-the-spot!!

Staff makes this property the best with their friendliness and desire to ensure all your needs are met.

This is clearly a dated hotel but the rooms were clean and staff was great Great value

We got it for a great price. The room was fairly clean although the AC didn’t blow super cold but in all honesty, it was the first week of February and we shouldn’t of needed air Conn, but it was so nice out that weekend.

Clean room, friendly staff and super affordable for a quick one night stay. And they had a bidet which was super awesome! lol!

I had a great stay at this Motel 6! The renovations and nicely upgraded bathroom were fantastic! The nice deep bath tub was incredible after multiple grueling days in the road in treacherous conditions.

Over all an excellent experience!! The woman who registered us was delightful….very friendly and helpful!The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the was bed comfy. We would definitely stay there again!!

The front desk guy was awesome and this place is a Gem. He was great at checkin on explaining all the things to us.

The highlight was the check-in staff - he was very welcoming and friendly. This hotel would get a higher rating, but they offer smoking rooms, and you can smell that, even in the non-smoking room we booked. The lingering smell gives the impression that the hotel isn't as clean as it could be. We were also expecting quite a bit more for breakfast based on previous reviews. 4. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

1. Sunshine House has a tenant upstairs the back patio and stairs is their space. Please respect them with noise levels and privacy.
No Parties and Events
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. Any small gathering is restricted to six people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise.
Extra Guests and Visitors
1. A maximum of four visitors is allowed during the day.
2. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
3. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
Neighborhood and Noise Levels
1. The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
2. While our neighbor’s dog is friendly, please don’t pet or feed him.
3. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
4. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
Pets
1. Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
2. Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.
3. Have your pet on a leash while sitting outside.
