Holiday Inn Express & Suites SURREY by IHG in Surrey

Superbly impressed by this hotel. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was the best so far. I initially was only staying for one night this past weekend, but decided to extend my stay because the staff are so lovely and the facility is so nice.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable room with nice lighting. I used the fitness room and was impressed by the equipment they had, given most hotel gyms are inadequate, then went to the sauna after, and it was just like my usual routine at my home gym.

The other highlight for me was just how good the breakfast buffet was. The staff are super attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was all very fresh.

Overall I'm very impressed and will make a point to stay here again on my next trip to the lower mainland.

Everything was great, and it smelled wonderful. I will definitely use their services again if I have the chance.

Spent two nights and my experience was amazing. Easy late night check-in (she even gave us tips on where to get food at 2am) room super clean, easy self-park, amazing hot food breakfast. I am a bariatric patient, and food options were AMAZING!

The was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpfull with some questions that I had. They even did a follow up to a question that I had. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A very nice hotel. I hope I have an opertumity to stay there again.

Overall decent stay. Breakfast and staff working the breakfast bar were very kind. Parking lot is nice and open. Biggest drawback was the hot tub was very dirty. Between clumps of hair, gross floaters, cloudy water and wall mould/scum it was obvious this thing hasn't been properly cleaned in awhile. Secondly, called the front desk early in the morning (apx 8:30am) and arranged a later check out for 12:30pm and before said new checkout time, received 2 phone calls asking why we weren't checked out yet, had house keeping walk in on us and then at 1230 when we were just about leaving our room , the manager knock and wonder why we hadn't checked out yet. The communication clearly wasn't there and it eventually felt uncomfortable to be explaining that we had asked to have later checkout to like 4 different people. It was off very off putting. We chose this hotel bc the night before stayed at a different holiday inn express location and was very impressed, so in comparison this location was a bit disappointing.

The staff were friendly and very helpful! The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was SO comfortable!
The only downside was the omelettes at breakfast. Nit would have been nice to offer omelettes without cheese as I can’t eat that. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was.

I visited with colleagues. The accommodations were clean and the location was great. The breakfast was also good (though I wish there had been a little more salad and fruit).

Lovely hotel in Surrey! Christine helped us check in and was so friendly & gave us plenty of information about our room, stay overall, and the area. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Definitely recommend the location, too - close to shopping & food.
