With all the shelters turning you away, it was a great help with being stranded in hamiltion for Holiday plans that did not work out. Great people there like a small commun, Its only gripe I have is the hospitality fee if you book separately ads up. Fair for 700 for almost 3 weeks, Maybe could have had a weekly rates to make it better. With how cold it was, amazing dorm and living areas and comfort. I hope they work more with vulnerable folks because I saw it do some real good.

Needed a place to stay for one night. Being LGBTQ+ friendly and in a women-only dorm felt very safe and inclusive. Simple comfortable bed. Lots of facilities. The owner Tim was so friendly and extremely accommodating!

The rooms are clean, tidy, have extra blankets, and the house itself is well looked after. The location is ideal for our purposes as we attend sporting events regularly in Hamilton and it is close to where we want to be.

Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people.

Had the private room on the bottom floor. Comfortable, quiet, and homey. The room was surprisingly large. I was given a tour at check in, and everyone there was very kind.
