Very comfortable room with large bed and balcony and splendid ocean view. Staff was extremely friendly with great service.

The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, right on the ocean. The breakfast buffet is really good. There is secure undercover parking. There are some nice restaurants a short walk away.

This is the best hotel in the city in terms of view. No doubt. To hear the sea at night is very relaxing, and you do hear it in this hotel. The food was good and the staff amiable.

We booked two sea facing rooms and in the reservation I specifically asked for rooms on a high floor. This request was totally ignored and we got a room on the 3rd floor with the roof of the restaurant in the way - there was a view of the sea when looking to the right so technically it was sea-facing… at USD180 per night in July (winter) I found this overpriced.

Gorgeous balcony views, great city location, good on site parking and friendly staff. Only small complaints would be bathrooms were a bit dark, not good lighting and if you are used to quality spa experiences then this spa is disappointing.

3* that’s the maximum this hotel deserves: - staff is not helpful - horrible smell of cigarets in the bathroom - towels that are supposed to be white in real are dirty-gray.. - ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t work Although food at the restaurant was good

Great hotel with a view on plaza and clock tower. Cool design and beautiful pool with sea birds resting near the water. Amazing breakfast with huge variety of food. 100℅ recommended!

If you are sensitive to odors or expect a good meal service, this hotel is not for you. Convenient, friendly, no problems. Rooms minimalist, comfortable. Plenty of towels and hot water.

It is a well located Hotel but the noise isolation is deficient

This is a refurbished hotel, located Downtown, it have a nice interior patio, pool and bar. The restaurant it's also good. Things I didn't like, it doesn't have proprietary parking, and the one they have a deal with, is not able to get all guest vehicles, another one is the poor sound isolation of the rooms facing the square, so try to ask for rooms inwards

The hotel is right by the sea, and you can enjoy the rough sea from the room. There is no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask the front desk to borrow it. The breakfast is very simple, with few varieties, which is equivalent to the breakfast category of Hanting.

Rooms were comfortable and clean but unfortunately the toilet stopped working and that was not good at all. Service was good and breakfast selection was solid. The restaurant had a good selection of food and the drinks were good. I would recommend despite the toilet hiccup

A pesar que no es un Hotel tan moderno la habitación era muy amplia, la vista yo creo que no hay otro hotel que la tenga, la terraza es cómoda, el desayuno muy rico y la atención muy buena destaco a una chica que me atendió en el desayuno realmente muy muy amable y muy preocupada.
