Rooms are good, good locations. In theory nothing wrong with the hotel but it does miss something. What I think is important. A nice bar or restaurant to eat something or just relax with a pisco sour. The current restaurant feels like a restaurant in the 80 of Eastern Europe. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Location: Its location albeit facing playa Brava lacks basic necessities such as decent coffee shops, cafe or restaurants. As you step outside the hotel, there is literally nothing around the hotel to get morning coffee or a light meal. This hotel was perfect for our first visit to Iquique, the staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our limited Spanish. The room had a great view and was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly. The pillows are too tall, so my neck hurts. I recommended to put different options of pillow on the same bed. The rest of stuffs were very nice, a very clean hotel, and great breakfast also, the staff were so kind, they were always in the mood of help the guess.

Awesome location infront of beach 🏖️. Gym on 11 floor, swimming pool on same floor , gorgeous patio on 11 floor. Complimentary breakfast has endless options. Super clean room. Their ground floor patio was also great. Highly recommended

The owner is obviously trying to “sweat” this asset with minimal input, charging a high price but only delivering on staff and location, NOT the hotel itself. NH Costa in Iquique Chile. Karina single handedly took VERY good care of us, and our friends one night during a BEAUTIFUL Wedding that was going on at the hotel. She keeps us coming back. She was very attentative throughout our meals.

Very nice place to stop off before heading down the coast. Location on Google incorrect at time of review (April 2025) you need to travel down the road about 500meters. Ocean views are fab and the hotel is very comfortable. Bring snacks if you are not venturing out of the hotel.

Nice place. great place. good breakfast. bad: they charge me fot tax and force me to leave a 60 dollar insurance.

We spent 2 days in this hotel. We were well received, the staff is responsive, polite. The bedding is very good. Breakfast is provided: there is a choice. The only downside: you can hear everything, people in the corridors, car alarms, the dogs' concert and as we were told at reception the wifi does not work very well depending on where you are.

The hotel staff is very welcoming, parking is always available for guests, there's a gym for working out, and there's easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are comfortable. Suggestions: improve the restaurant and breakfast offerings.

This hotel was fantastic. Big rooms with a view of the ocean and a very good breakfast. We didn't long enough to use all the options at the hotel. My only negative is I was unable to use the internet in my room...no signal. I used it in the public areas but my room and no reception.

I strongly recommend this place to stay. We stayed here for six nights as a family of six in two rooms between Christmas and the New Year. It has the best views of Iquique looking over Cavancha Beach with a lot of the activity on the water, little fishing boats and people paddle boarding and kayaking as well as the mountains behind. There are two restaurants, one which is very nice, but a little expensive...

Staff were friendly however struggled with English, hotel room are a bit dated but still very nice with a nice view if you get an ocean facing room. Non ocean facing rooms are quite small i would advise paying the extra for a suite since it almost doubles your space. The area can be noisy since rooms are not very noise isolated from cars and the ocean.

I love it! the best ocean view, facilities, people there, foods, everything is so good! If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Inuique, this is perfect!

I only stay here when I visit Iquique, waking up to the sound of the waves and the view is incredible.
