This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience.
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest.
The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus.
They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch.
The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of great food options nearby and right next to a subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The service was impeccable; the front desk made check-in quick and efficient, and our private butler was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When they noticed it was my friend's birthday on their ID, they even surprised them with handmade chocolates and warm wishes, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here!

Spending New Year's Eve at this hotel was truly a unique experience! It's right next to the China World Trade Center, so we could see the New Year's countdown celebrations from our room. The hotel even prepared special gifts and snacks for the kids.

This ***** New Year holiday, to avoid the crowds, we decided to explore a nearby city. So, I took my family to Dongguan's Keyuan Garden, which was also quite packed. After our visit in the afternoon, we initially planned to head back to Foshan, but the kids were eager to experience a big city hotel. We ended up choosing the Grand Hyatt. Honestly, everything about it was great, but the breakfast was completely inflexible – they insisted on charging over 200 yuan, which was definitely not worth it for the quality. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at this hotel.

Stayed during Chinese New Year and got a free upgrade to a premium executive room on the 36th floor. The room was spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. It was very close to Songshan Lake and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The room had no strange odors, and they even provided 6 bottles of Shennongjia natural mineral water.
