I usually stay at this hotel when I'm on a business trip to Dongguan. It used to be called Pullman Hotel, then it seemed to change to Qifeng Mountain Executive Apartment, and now it's Marriott. After the hotel changed its name, the price went up. However, the quality of the breakfast and dinner buffet food is just average. The advantage is that the swimming pool is good.

Stayed for two days with my daughter and she had a wonderful time. The air quality was fantastic, and there's a great park nearby. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, which was the main reason we booked it, and my daughter spent both days swimming. The hotel's buffet was really good, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The receptionist at dinner was very welcoming and provided excellent service!

The environment is quiet and serene, with a subtle Chinese garden style. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (it would be even better if they provided two pairs of slippers for showering). Kids enjoyed playing in the water, while adults worked out and hiked.
The service was a bit lacking, though. The service robot was slow to respond, and we had to chase down staff multiple times for assistance, likely due to understaffing.
During the May Day holiday, check-in was really slow; we didn't get our room key until after 6:30 PM. Thankfully, the manager was flexible and arranged for the kids to go swimming first, and even gave us some drink vouchers (for a Coke, Sprite, or instant coffee) for those who weren't swimming.

Came for a quick weekend getaway, and it's a pretty nice hotel. I think Marriott just took over this year; I've stayed here a few times before and always had a good experience. Hope the service continues to be high quality. Also, a big thanks to the front desk lady who upgraded my room, which was even better!

First off, I had to wait until past 4 PM to check in. Then, on the second night, there was noise from a wedding banquet dismantling operations even after midnight. My complaint call did nothing. The next morning, the banging started again around 6 AM... I complained to Trip.com and Marriott asking for a refund for one night, but they didn't agree... This might be the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at.

As per usual, the location is amazing and the rebranding and new staff are great. Still loving both pools and the beds are like clouds. The restaurant continues with its buffet style breakfasts in the best possible way, and I'd argue that other hotels can certainly learn from this Dongguan branch's example. Thanks again!

The hotel is a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a great environment and well-maintained facilities. The only minor drawback is that the front desk is about 100-200 meters from the main entrance of the estate, and golf carts aren't allowed. This means if you order takeout and the delivery person isn't willing to walk, guests have to go out and meet them, which can be inconvenient when you're on a tight schedule for a business trip.
