The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. There aren't many good places to go around the hotel. The food at the evening buffet wasn't as good as I expected. If you want to go out into the city, you have to take a taxi or walk for more than 20 minutes.

The swimming pool is free. The gym room is free. The breakfast is great.

I like it but it's pretty far away from everythin

This place really has a resort vibe, and the environment is beautiful. The only minor issue was the lack of hand soap or any soap near the sink, and nothing by the bathtub either. Also, there were times when I called the front desk and had to wait several minutes, which isn't the usual Sheraton experience.

Suggestion : Variety of food in the breakfast session can be improved .

A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

The room was spacious and the environment was excellent. Soaking in the hot spring inside the room was incredibly relaxing. However, the design of the public hot spring pools was flawed; it took several minutes to walk from the changing room to the pools. It was cold at night, which unfortunately caused my child to catch a cold.

The Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the hot springs were great. It's a good choice for a vacation. They even had fireworks every night during Chinese New Year, which was a really nice touch.

The suite was especially nice, very, very good. The hot springs were also very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful.

The environment was okay, but there were very few hot spring pools, and for such a large hot spring resort, there were hardly any staff. Breakfast options were also limited. I'd say it was just acceptable.

Good hotel, helpful staff. I would really appreciate if the breakfast buffet was more diverse and a bit more western style.

Traveled all the way to Huizhou just for Su Dongpo. The Imperial Metropolis Hotel is conveniently located right next to the Dong River and Chaojing Gate, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Huizhou West Lake. The location is excellent. The hotel is 20 years old, so some of the facilities aren't brand new, but they are well-maintained. The staff are proactive and well-trained.

The overall service is excellent and high-quality. I enjoy to stay there again however the day I stayed were very crowded and too many people stuck in the restaurant. I didn’t have pleasure time to enjoy my breakfast and tea time. By the way, I will come again to stay in your hotel next time and also we recommend it to my friends and my family.

True to its five-star rating, this hotel is impeccable from its environmental design to its hygiene and service. The ambiance and comfort are excellent. Parking is also a breeze. The rooms are very comfortable, well-equipped, and high-quality. Great value for money!

The front desk staff, particularly Sasha, was incredibly professional and helpful. She arranged a comfortable stay for me, ensured I got a satisfactory room upon check-in, and even organized breakfast. Her service was very warm and welcoming. I've stayed here several times now and am always very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Place is old, pictures are over representation of the rooms. Expect 30% of what you see from pictures.

On our second night, we stayed in a luxury twin room with a hot spring tub, and the kids absolutely loved playing in the tub. There are also plenty of activities for both adults and children. The breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices! We'll definitely come back again!

The hotel is quite small. There are only three medium-sized pools, with about 2-3 tiny ones left. Not much to do. The worst part was the hotel's air conditioning; it had a fixed temperature and was terribly hot. At least they provided a fan, but for over a thousand, it definitely wasn't worth it. The only thing worth taking pictures of at the hotel was the fireworks. Nothing else to photograph.

The hotel service was excellent, especially Momo, who proactively introduced many activities like archery, go-karting, and the mini-train, providing details on times and important notes with great patience. The room had a strong musty smell. My friend and I slept there for one night and woke up with itchy skin, so it wasn't clean. The hotel is located in a residential complex, and if your navigation takes you to a different gate, it can be very hard to find.

We have really liked the hotel. It was nice. Especially the design. It felt like the 19th century Louisiana. It was perfect! The room was pretty big and it had everything we needed. The loundry room was small and overcrowded and very inconvenient. Staff was friendly, it works for 4* hotel but it wasn’t super good extra. We liked design the most, one of the best designs in China hotels.

Everything a 100% from check in when Mr Zhao at reception surprised me with a room upgrade, and politely took us to our rooms, ensured we were settled and comfortable and still offered his contact for any questions after.
