The hotel's location is superb, offering stunning views of Shuishui East Street and West Lake. My kids absolutely loved the family room. The restaurant food was also very good.

The hotel rooms are all located on the 30th floor or higher, offering stunning panoramic views of the city and river, as well as distant views of West Lake and the surrounding mountains – truly a treat for the eyes. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are very professional and friendly. Perhaps because it was a holiday, the lobby felt a bit crowded with many breakfast options. The gym and pool are not very large, and many parents brought their children into the gym as if it were a playground, which seemed a bit dangerous and quite noisy.

This was my second stay, and this time I was given a tatami room. The view wasn't as good as my previous stay, which overlooked the river and a distant view of West Lake. However, my child absolutely loved it! I got two blankets for him and he made a little 'nest' on the tatami, and now he insists on staying in this type of room every time.

After two stays, I'd summarize that the hotel's facilities are decent, but the food is a real standout. The breakfast noodles are especially delicious, and during the May Day holiday, the staff preparing them were incredibly efficient; even with a queue, they got everything ready in minutes.

Due to bad weather, we opted for the hotel's seafood buffet dinner. Guests get a discount, and it really catered to both adult and child preferences, ensuring everyone found a few things they liked. The seafood was just okay, but the lamb chops, Thai shrimp salad, and desserts like the durian pastry were exceptional. My family member thought this dinner was fantastic value for money.

I'll likely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Huizhou.

The facilities are good, and the view is nice. The shower has great water pressure and hot water. The dinner buffet had a limited selection, but breakfast was more substantial than dinner. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the service was excellent. We were even offered a late check-out. There was also a grab-and-go coffee option at breakfast. The room's carpet cleanliness could be improved, and parking was a bit tight. Parking on level B3 was inconvenient as the elevator doesn't go there.

Much better than expected! The environment and service were top-notch. It was also very quiet, making it easy to sleep. They had everything: a pool, sauna, and gym. For the Executive Club Double Room with perks: I'd highly recommend adding this for families, as afternoon tea and dinner can be enjoyed right at the hotel.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Huizhou, and there are countless great ones. The hotel offers affordable prices, excellent service, and what's even better, afternoon tea, making this experience truly wonderful. The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, and the bedding is clean and hygienic, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of Huizhou, making it convenient to go anywhere. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious; though a bit dated, it wasn't a major issue. The restaurants within the hotel are all good, highly recommended!
