The location is very good. There are many restaurants around. However, the room is a bit small, we have 3 persons live in a room, we felt that the space is not enough as expected. For 1-2 persons, I think the room size is good enough!

They only gave 1 access card & when requested, Jane refused to give another access card. Only after arguing that there is 2 pax, did she gave me another access card. She also refuse to let me know my room number as i didn't take note earlier. I'm really doubtful if it's indeed 4 star status. Is this the type of service we get from a 4 star status hotel.
