WEYOO HOTEL in Zhuhai

Arrived after 11pm, the 4 front desk ladies were busy chatting. I stood there for a while but no one paid any attention. Only after I asked for help did someone check me in! The room was broken in many places, the air conditioner smelled musty, and the bathroom was moldy in many places. The room was not worth the price!

In one word: "terrible."

Because of the special offer, we were given a room next to the elevator.

It was incredibly noisy.

I checked in at 10 PM, and when I returned to take a shower and head for bed, I realized there weren't enough quilts. The front desk said they were locked and couldn't provide any.

It was noisy and cold all night.

I went to the front desk that morning to speak to the manager, but they didn't offer an apology and insisted no refunds. They even told me, quite confidently, that his surname was "Li"!

I didn't insist on a refund, but the attitude was terrible, and the service was completely lacking. It was a terrible experience!

After much insistence, we were given a different room and a 4 PM check-out extension.

But it was almost 11 PM, so we would have left after a short rest.

If the kids hadn't been tired and needed a rest, we would have left in the middle of the night. We were so exhausted, physically and mentally!

I definitely won't stay here again. It's actually a 7 Days Inn.

I felt completely ripped off. It was so noisy!

The special offer room for 461 yuan is not worth the money. LOL
