Dream Garden B&B in Guiyang

Staying at Tengyun's homestay was an amazing experience, he is one of the friendliest and kindest hosts I've had the pleasure to stay with. The room was very comfortable with a soft bed, and his succulent garden and cat made the place feel very homey. One thing to note is that because it's a homestay, the bathroom is shared with the other guests.

A highlight of my trip was that he was kind enough to give me a tour of the city, and we drove to a nearby waterfall to go hiking and swimming.

For anyone that wants an authentic experience in Guizhou, I would highly recommend this homestay!

The B&B is conveniently located near Guiyang Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Nearby attractions include Erqi Road Snack Street, Jiaxiu Tower, and Qingyun Market, perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. It's also located within a residential building, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The B&B boasts a lush green garden and a terrace filled with charming succulents. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable mattresses and sanitary bedding. They are equipped with a smart toilet, washing machine, kitchenware, a refrigerator, and other amenities to meet all your needs. There's also a lovely cat. The host was warm and welcoming, offering travel advice and allowing us to try Guiyang's signature hot pot, which was simple but perfectly suited to my taste. He even gifted us some succulents and food before leaving. Thank you very much. The only drawback is that the property isn't suitable for elderly residents, as the shared toilet and bathroom are a bit inconvenient. I hope this issue will be addressed when I return. The parking fee system needs improvement. Overall, it was a truly unique experience.

The house is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which is troublesome. I didn’t find disposable towels and disposable slippers.
The boss has a very good service attitude. He even asks if you are cold at night, which is very considerate.
But it's too close to Guiyang Railway Station at night and it will be very noisy 😢

I stayed in this guesthouse for 2 nights, the hospitality from the owner Mr. Li was excellent and I had a happy stay.

The bath towels are very thick, the tissues are also thick, just like my own home, the mattress is soft and I sleep very comfortably,
It is a public bathroom, smart toilet, and the toilet paper is of very good quality
There are many beautiful succulents upstairs and downstairs. There are many, many, many, many, I like it very much

The mattress and quilt in the room were very comfortable and clean. The hygienic environment requires the use of public bathrooms, but the overall cleanliness. The boss is very warm and friendly. Will stay again next time.

The room is clean and in the community. It is quiet when sleeping. Because it is a house with three bedrooms and one living room, the bathroom is shared. It is fully equipped with washing machines, which is convenient for drying clothes. It is close to Erqi Road Snack Street and Jiaxiu Tower. You can eat many snacks from Guizhou, such as silk dolls, Huaxi beef noodles, etc. The boss is hospitable and answers questions raised by guests. The heated flush toilet in the bathroom is very easy to use, bringing users a variety of enjoyment, such as washing buttocks🤭.

A WONDERFUL stay at Dream Garden Guesthouse. We had to have a night in Guiyang after an unexpected cancelled train and we had a fun night. Our host was incredible helpful and friendly. The location was perfect near the Guiyang train station. The apartment is clean and tidy. Loved the succulent garden and a highlight would be seeing the moon (and saturn) through the telescope! What a special evening. (also the nearby snack street is awesome!) Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
