My stay was quite pleasant. Both the check-in and check-out experiences met my expectations. Even though it's located in the old town, it had a lively, authentic vibe. Camils provided excellent service.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and this visit I noticed the outdoor garden has changed quite a bit. There are cute pets roaming around, which adds a lot of fun! The room, as always, was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The service was also very warm and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Fantastic location, super close to Jiaxiu Tower. The service was warm and attentive, and the room view was amazing, with a beautiful panoramic view of the Nanming River at night. Breakfast included authentic Changwang noodles. It was clean and comfortable; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

This is my second time choosing Pullman in Guiyang, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the snack street and Jiaxiu Tower, making it super easy to explore and grab food. Taxis get you anywhere quickly. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure – I felt really at ease. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, offering authentic local dishes like Changwang noodles and beef rice noodles, which tasted very genuine. The staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, and they promptly helped with any issues. Overall, it offers great value for money. Staying here for your Guiyang trip is definitely a no-brainer!

First time in Guiyang, and I wasn't sure where to stay. I found this place near Qingyun Street. The room facilities are excellent, and it's quite spacious. There are also plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. It was a really great experience.

The zoo on the fifth floor is really interesting, with swans, alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even Psyduck! The breakfast setting is also great; the garden-style restaurant is bright and cozy. The room also has a bathtub.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pullman Guiyang. The service was far below what I expected from a hotel under the Pullman/Accor brand. I felt I was treated horribly by the staff, and instead of being welcomed as a guest, I was made to feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

The customer service was poor, the attitude was unacceptable, and the overall experience left a very bad impression. A hotel of this level should train its staff to be polite, professional, and helpful, especially when guests have concerns or need assistance.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many hotels where guests are treated with basic respect and courtesy, but unfortunately that was not my experience here.

A lifesaver for parents traveling with kids! The hotel has a cute petting zoo where children can feed small animals up close, and they loved it so much they didn't want to leave. The light snacks in the executive lounge were also perfect for kids, and the staff were incredibly friendly to families.

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were very convenient. They even upgraded our room! The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it easy to go out for meals and other activities. It's also very close to the train station. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Front desk staff member Xiao F was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they were very polite and courteous. It was an excellent experience; they even helped recommend nearby restaurants and attractions. The pet cafe on the 5th floor was really fun, and you can interact with the adorable pets for free. The alpaca was so nice to pet, and the kids absolutely loved it!
