The service was excellent, the facilities were comprehensive, and everything was spotlessly clean. Despite being street-facing, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

For our family trip to Harbin, we booked a family room at this Yiju Hotel through Ctrip. The hotel boasts a superb location, conveniently situated near the airport shuttle bus stop, just a few minutes' walk from Central Street, and within easy reach of Saint Sophia Cathedral. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was tiny, the bed was small, and the space felt incredibly cramped. The soundproofing was also terrible. We just had to make do for our one-night stay.

Be warned: the official photos are misleading and not of the room I stayed in. Seriously, make sure to check the bed and room dimensions before booking!

This was my first trip to Harbin, and I chose a hotel near Central Street. Traveling with a child, we had requested a room on the same floor in advance, which was very convenient and clean. The only minor hiccup was on the first night of our stay when there was a strong sewer smell, which I suspect was caused by the recent rain. However, the hotel's front desk manager promptly and enthusiastically addressed the issue and even offered a room change. Overall, our 4-day stay in Harbin was excellent. The front desk manager was friendly, and the housekeepers were attentive and thorough. Their warm greetings whenever we returned to the hotel made us feel right at home. Fantastic! Harbin is truly a wonderful city.

Everyone was very lovely and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily, it was a quiet and close to a main attraction. Front desk was very helpful. definitely would go again

We really liked this hotel! Convenient location - literally the center, lots of taxis and shops nearby. About the hotel itself - clean, neat. The staff is very polite and helps with everything and in all languages)). The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, they clean well. In general, we liked everything very much, we recommend it

This hotel's location is excellent. It close to the Zhongyang (central) street which is the symbolic area of Harbin. Room is big-sized even though without window, very clean, lower price; and service staff are very nice. I'd like to come back next time.

Cheap and cheerful hotel very close to Zhongyang tourist street. Nice staff and decent rooms. Internet could have been better, and the room smelled a bit of cigarettes. Would definitely book again

we reached the hotel earlier than check in time. I booked 2 rooms, there are 1 room available for us to rest, which we feel thankful! overall the room is ok, only dislike the hotel allow guess smoking in the room and let their door open. The smoke also came into our rooms. Hope they take note on this.
