The location is perfect, 100 points! The decor is a bit old, but it's worth the price, so the value for money is good.

You have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself from the basement. I asked the front desk if they could send breakfast vouchers, and the receptionist just brushed me off. It's a simple yes or no. The lobby was freezing. There were no welcome fruits; I had to call for them, and they took several hours to arrive. The room was tiny, and despite being called a 'river view room,' the windows were...

The service was excellent. Its location near the attractions was super convenient during the May Day holiday, and the price was very reasonable. Both the front desk and room service staff were very welcoming. It's close to Central Street and the Red Brick Morning Market, and the Songhua River is right downstairs, visible from the room.

I booked a river view room, but the window glass was incredibly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. They provided a fruit platter with one apple, one pear, and one banana, all whole. We're traveling, so we don't have a knife to cut them. I'm quite disappointed; the amenities here are a far cry from other Shangri-La hotels I've stayed at. A bit let down.

The hotel had some flaws, but they were very sincere in rectifying them. During the May Day holiday, at 7 PM, the Chinese restaurant was completely empty, which almost made us hesitate to go in. However, the food was delicious, and they even offered smaller portions. The roasted duck was surprisingly only 9.9 yuan – incredible value for money!

Grand hotel with an excellent breakfast and spacious rooms. Perfect location for the ice and snow show, but quite far from the city and metro stations. Great value for money though and the restaurant at the hotel does do dinner.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, and very spacious. It was a bit of a walk to breakfast, but it's really close to the Ice and Snow World; the north gate leads right to the south entrance. It's also not far from the subway station.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite the Ice and Snow World. After a fun day out, you don't have to worry about the hassle of finding a taxi, which makes it perfect for family trips. The hotel is part of the labor union system, and the rooms are very spacious with good soundproofing. The hotel's interior is expansive and even has a kids' play area with trampolines and swings, great for families...

It's quite clean and very close to Harbin Ice and Snow World. You can just walk out the North Gate and it's right there. After having fun, you can go straight back to the hotel, so you don't have to worry about the inconvenience of getting a taxi.

Stayed at this hotel ten years ago, and I chose it again after all these years. I love its quiet ambiance and American-style garden design. Harbin Ice and Snow World is right next door, just about a kilometer away. The breakfast is abundant and nutritious.

The location is excellent, with direct access to the Ice and Snow World from the hotel's back door. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating, fulfilling even small requests. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was large, clean, and bright. They even provided four bottles of mineral water, which was more than enough. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting...

Excellent service and cleanliness! Overall, it's a fantastic place. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Harbin.

Booked this for my parents. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for them to get around. The front desk service was fantastic, and they even offered great travel recommendations. The service was thoughtful, and the hygiene was also very good. My parents said they'll definitely stay at Ji Hotel again; it's just too convenient!

Chain hotels are generally better. Hanting Hotel has great facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk service is also excellent and very accommodating. Since my return train was late, they even extended my check-out by an hour for free.

Good location, about minutes walk to the metro station; easy to find eateries nearby. Across the street is part of the SongHua River. My room was with a balcony, could look over to the Sun-Island.

The front desk staff were very friendly and provided timely, thoughtful reminders. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, with convenient transportation as it's very near the subway entrance. The hygiene conditions were also very good.

Great location, good room, best service!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the breakfast was great with lots of choices. There are many facilities including a laundromat, and the staff were also very welcoming. Cyndy from the front desk was extremely helpful and answered every question we had and made the trip a lot less stressful.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to the church and central street. Room is spacious and super clean. Facilities are also very new.

The location is the best. The staff are helpful and friendly. The service is amazing! My daughter was sick with the stomach flu, and they cleaned the room immediately after she vomited. The laundry room was clean and efficient. We will definitely stay there next time when visiting Harbin.

The rooms is not cleaned everyday and the hotel not refilled bottle of water for you. I also had problem with keycard because of the hotel‘s system. The location next to the department store and the 中央大街步行街 street.

The room's location is truly excellent, right next to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, and the room offers great value for money. However, the hotel facilities are quite old.

The owner was really welcoming and gave us a detailed overview of the local sights and culture. The hotel was great value for money and its location right in the heart of Central Street couldn't be better! They even offer free temporary luggage storage downstairs. Both the owner and the bearded maintenance man were very responsible and had excellent attitudes!

Really convenient location and super comfortable beds. Had a great stay and will go back/ recommend to others. 200m away from walking street.

The hygiene was quite poor. There was a lot of dust on the floor by the bed, and a large crack next to the bathtub. I completely forgot to take photos of it all.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Central Street. The facilities are quite new, and the heating works very well. I especially recommend it because the bathroom and toilet have a fantastic wet and dry separation.

A bit disappointed. We were driving, so parking was our top priority. Many hotels near Central Street either only have a few parking spots right at the entrance or no parking at all. This hotel has its own parking lot, and the location is indeed excellent, very close to Central Street. Close to Central Street, very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are a bit old and the room is quite small. It's not soundproof, and there was a lot of dust and a strange smell in the corners. However, it does have a bathtub, which is a big plus!

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is quite convenient. It's easy to walk to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Stalin Park. There's also a supermarket nearby, which is very handy for shopping.

Not very good need to climb the stairs. Also the environment is too dull.

Close to the subway and a church we visited three times! However, the soundproofing isn't great, the room is a bit small, and there's a flight of stairs to climb with luggage, which is a bit of a hassle.

The bathroom didn't have a comb, and they only provided one set of toothbrush and toothpaste. The heating system wasn't warm enough, and the air conditioner's heating function was fixed at 26 degrees, so you couldn't adjust it. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast or any other meals. This is a century-old building, so the room facilities are just average. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to reach...

Very satisfied. The environment is decent. It's clearly an old hotel that's been renovated; the bathroom felt a bit dated, but the pictures were accurate. I'm quite happy with it, mainly because it's surprisingly close to Central Avenue.

While the location is excellent, the property feels somewhat old and cleanliness needs improvement. The lobby is shared with the restaurant, and staff smoking in the lobby made the environment feel unfriendly.
