Nice rooom, except the internet not working in my room 21st floor.

Great location , large Comfortable rooms . The revolving restaurant located in the 28th floor : dinner was not so good . Kitchen was slow even though the restaurant was not full and not crowded either . Breakfast was amazing though .

The hotel is in the walking distance from the Erqi subway station. Room is clean. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices with a nice view of the surrounding area.

Although the premise is old but it's a great location. Dehua pedestrian street was just downstairs and surrounded by many shops with walking distance. Also, they provide daily yogurt.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Location is right next to the pedestrian street. The staff were extremely accommodating. Especially 张珂珂 and 花灿. Will definitely stay again.

Although it has been open for a long time, the facilities are quite new, mainly it is quite clean, the service attitude is also very good, if you need to fill something, they will come at your call, and they also deliver snacks in the evening, but I didn't ask for it because I had dinner. The location is very convenient. I stay in this hotel every time I go to Zhengzhou on business. Two disadvantages: You can't get in through the gate when calling a taxi because there is a gate. It is very inconvenient if it rains. The lobby lacks sofas and other seats. The place is large but there are not many sofa seats.

After completing the check-in procedures and going upstairs to swipe the room card, we found out that the floor and room numbers arranged by the hotel are numbers that people avoid. I am very satisfied with my stay at Guanghua Hotel this time! It's an old hotel with an excellent location, convenient transportation and many delicious foods nearby. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the staff 0175 Chen Bingqian, 0180 Yan Mengting, are very considerate to personal requirements and provide thoughtful service.

The hotel has a pleasant environment, clean rooms and complete facilities. The service staff is enthusiastic and the food is delicious. I had a great time here and highly recommend it to everyone.

The room is very, very big, and there is a separate bathroom and dressing room, which are also very big. Yan Mengting and Yuan Jing at the front desk are very gentle and have a very good attitude. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is clean and tidy. I booked a double room on Ctrip, and was upgraded to a suite when I arrived. It was a surprise. The room was quiet, the breakfast was rich, and I tasted Henan spicy soup.

Perfectly serviceable hotel, clean and rooms are nice. Staff is not super friendly, but whatever. Breakfast buffet is great, but there is no other restaurant or bar. A small gym but no pool. It's walking distance from the train station, which is nice, but to go anywhere else, like CBD, requires a car. There are a couple of food streets within walking distance though.

Very good experience, especially rich breakfast

I took my two kids to Zhengzhou to spend the New Year with my grandparents, uncle and mom. The hotel's parent-child suite is great, with one big bed, two small beds, and two bathrooms, perfect for a family with two kids. The price is also very affordable. Thumbs up! Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still very cost-effective. Very satisfied!

They upgraded my room, which was pretty good. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the air conditioning worked great. It's very close to Zhengzhou Station, but a bit far from the subway station. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhou, provided excellent service.
