The hotel's location is excellent, and the night view is absolutely stunning. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Lucky provided excellent service. This was by far the best experience of our trip to Henan.

It's true that this is an older hotel with outdated facilities. However, it's very convenient to walk around the lake downstairs, and the view is great. The only downside is the dirty windows, which is a major flaw. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good and parking is convenient. The hotel's front desk and the greeters on the first floor all provide excellent service.

Lady who clean the room is very good - 客房服务员李端 But the rest was not such as Refrigerator not able to use since it is set at room temperature so u have to get ice for my drink and fruit. TV volume set at 25 and nothing louder. Front door has no luggage service when we check in. Poor Management in general. This service definitely not meet the 5 star hotel rating.

Perfectly serviceable hotel, clean and rooms are nice. Staff is not super friendly, but whatever. Breakfast buffet is great, but there is no other restaurant or bar. A small gym but no pool. It's walking distance from the train station, which is nice, but to go anywhere else, like CBD, requires a car. There are a couple of food streets within walking distance though.

I took my two kids to Zhengzhou to spend the New Year with my grandparents, uncle and mom. The hotel's parent-child suite is great, with one big bed, two small beds, and two bathrooms, perfect for a family with two kids. The price is also very affordable. Thumbs up! Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still very cost-effective. Very satisfied!
