Excellent, everything was clean, , absolutelly would come back.

This is an older 5-star hotel, and you can definitely imagine its past glory. There were tour groups, but they all finished eating and left early. Going for breakfast after 8:30 AM was still very quiet. The only downside was that breakfast was cleared away too quickly; they started clearing at 9:55 AM, and almost everything was gone within 5 minutes.

Service is amazing and helps with any issues you need. Alex assisted in ordering food and any other problems faced.

Great staying in Sunshine hotel. When we arrived, it was raining, their staffs made our staying indeed “sunshine”. Alex and Fanny were really kind and willing to introduce Zhangjiajie. We even followed Alex’s suggestion went to Furong village and Fox show. Breakfast selection is huge, all staffs are kind, especially Wang Jie, she helped us to write down our wishes for the year of the Horse as well...

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. Very local hotel in a location that is great for the cable car access, although not the best location if walking around is your goal.

The hotel room was newly renovated, and the facilities were very new and clean. The breakfast selection was rich, and everything was satisfactory. This hotel is everything but international ,there is not even a single person at the front desk who can speak English.

Overall a very good stay. Too bad they don't have self laundry services, where they still provide traditional laundry services by per pieces which is very expensive.

Don't let the fact that this long-standing Jinjiang Group luxury five-star hotel has been open for a while deter you. They've started a gradual renovation, and the room I was assigned had already been updated. The hotel offers a peaceful escape despite being centrally located, and it's only a kilometer from the main entrance, with the added convenience of a shuttle service. The tall and imposing lobby...

The facilities are brand new, and you get a stunning view of the Wulingyuan mountains right outside the window. It's quite close to the East Gate of Wulingyuan, and the area around it offers great convenience for daily needs. The hotel itself is very quiet, and the breakfast hours are perfect for tourists!

Good. However a bit far from center

The room is clean, the hot water works well, and the air conditioner or heater is ok. This hotel is a bit old but has a good location in the city. Mom and pop shop, restaurant surrounding. Quite a few Thais come to stay here. It's a bit old but clean and convenient. There's a supermarket two blocks away with everything you need and standard prices. I recommend going there to buy souvenirs.

The hotel looks old but the room is clean and not so old. A/C is fixed at 25-26 C. Water is hot very fast so carefully adjust the facet. Free wifi is available. Foods are not great, a bit salty and bland. Not many shops around here but a lot of local restaurants.

The environment is great, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which is really good.

The hotel's surroundings are truly exceptional. It's nestled amidst lush greenery and mountains, with incredibly fresh air. The service is also very attentive. My only suggestion is that the rooms don't have enough power strips for charging, so I'd recommend the hotel provide a few.

The hotel is beautifully set against the mountains and by the water, creating a lovely atmosphere. The service was attentive, but the natural surroundings meant there were quite a few mosquitoes. I'd recommend bringing your own insect repellent.

The hotel is huge with a pleasant environment, perfect for a vacation. The eco-friendly shuttle cars are available on-demand, and there's plenty of space for a family. It would be even better if they had drying racks or a free laundry room.

The facilities are complete, with a heated pool and gym, so even staying in the hotel won't be boring. The service is warm and not perfunctory, truly living up to its reputation as an award-winning resort hotel.

I'm a returning guest and the service has always been excellent. The only thing is, it's the rainy season now, so the room felt a bit damp.
