Booked a three-day tour to Zhangjiajie with relatives and friends, and since our tour package included this hotel, we decided to extend our stay for an extra night before and after the tour. Overall, the rooms are spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and it offers great value for money.

This hotel pretty much meets five-star standards. It has all the facilities you'd expect from a five-star property. The breakfast offers a huge variety and tastes great too. Definitely lives up to its international brand name. A good experience overall.

The hotel is located near the East Gate of the forest park, with many dining options nearby, and there's even a night market street right outside the hotel. Overall a very good stay. Too bad they don't have self laundry services, where they still provide traditional laundry services by per pieces which is very expensive.

The facilities are brand new, and you get a stunning view of the Wulingyuan mountains right outside the window. This is an older 5-star hotel, and you can definitely imagine its past glory. There were tour groups, but they all finished eating and left early. Going for breakfast after 8:30 AM was still very quiet. The only downside was that breakfast was cleared away too quickly; they started clearing at 9:55 AM, and almost everything was gone within 5 minutes.

The environment is great, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which is really good.

The hotel's surroundings are truly exceptional. It's nestled amidst lush greenery and mountains, with incredibly fresh air. The service is also very attentive. My only suggestion is that the rooms don't have enough power strips for charging, so I'd recommend the hotel provide a few.

The room is clean, the hot water works well, and the air conditioner or heater is ok. This hotel is a bit old but has a good location in the city. Mom and pop shop, restaurant surrounding. Quite a few Thais come to stay here. It's a bit old but clean and convenient. There's a supermarket two blocks away with everything you need and standard prices. I recommend going there to buy souvenirs.

The hotel looks old but the room is clean and not so old. A/C is fixed at 25-26 C. Water is hot very fast so carefully adjust the facet. Free wifi is available. Foods are not great, a bit salty and bland. Not many shops around here but a lot of local restaurants.

The hotel has a great location—very close to the high-speed rail station and also close to Tianmen Mountain; the hotel is clean—clean and tidy; the hotel service is also good…no wonder it is a long-established star-rated hotel in Zhangjiajie.
