Very nice hotel in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The stay was pleasant and the staff was super helpful.

This hotel is excellent in all aspects, probably the best in this area. I've been assigned to an executive floor twice in a row and received welcome fruits both times, which was a great experience. Just a small suggestion: this room rate used to include breakfast, but now it doesn't. For business travelers, this is not very friendly.

I've stayed at Pullman hotels in many cities, and this one has the best service! Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the cleaning ladies, everyone was excellent, making you feel right at home! The front desk manager even sincerely asked for my feedback, which really shows their service-oriented mindset! This time I booked a suite. The toilet in the guest bathroom was broken, but...

For a star-rated hotel, while the welcome fruit is complimentary, its quality is quite subpar for something delivered to a guest room. There's significant room for improvement in quality control. If a child were to accidentally eat it, the consequences could be severe.

Overall, it was very good. The room was clean and spacious, and they even had a baby crib. It would be perfect if the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied. The indoor play area for kids felt a little dated, but at least it kept the children occupied for a while.

I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago, and it's still just as good. Great value for money, the pool is very comfortable and not crowded. During the National Day holiday, they arranged quite a few parent-child activities, which are perfect for a staycation and give you a vacation vibe. The Ctrip coupon was really worth it, as it included tickets to the Shajiabang Scenic Area. Shajiabang was better than...

The service was excellent! They provided a complimentary breakfast for our child, along with fruit and kids' toiletries. We also received a Kao travel set, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was vast and delicious. Our room was spacious, and all the in-room drinks were free. Truly impressive! Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and accommodating especially when we don’t speak Chinese. Food was the best very nutritious and simple and yum. My son really enjoyed the pool and very good that it was warm. Gym was very good and really good idea that a lounge area with kids play area next to the gym

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is very spacious, and parking is convenient. There are several restaurants nearby, and it's about a 3km drive to the pedestrian street. When checking in, the front desk was very thoughtful; seeing that we had elderly people and children, they helped connect two standard rooms for us. Breakfast was also very rich, with wontons, noodles, and plenty of meat dishes.

This used to be the Four Points by Sheraton Daning, but it's since changed its name. However, the restaurant, The Eatery, kept its original name. The rooms aren't huge, but the twin beds are each over 1.3 meters wide, which made for a comfortable sleep. If you're traveling with seniors or children, you can use the gym or swimming pool. Booked this hotel for Angela Chang's concert in Changshu. While the decor is a bit dated, the environment is still quite good and clean. The breakfast was also decent and plentiful. They have a large swimming pool and gym, but the pool was too crowded, so I couldn't get in.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, with bus access to anywhere you want to go. A ride-sharing car to the starting point of the Yushan Xiongying Line costs 19 yuan. The windows can't be opened at all, so the only way to get some fresh air is through the air conditioning. However, the smell of smoke from the hallway seeps into the room and can't be aired out. The location is the best point, room little older and not best on cleaning,it was a luxury hotel now aged and poor maintenance. Price is reasonable, outside you can reach in 5 minutes by walk a mall INCITY, with all food you need,even for breakfast,supermarket and so on. There is a nice public park along the river.

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was beautiful. The price was reasonable.

Our go to place to stay in Changshu, a short walk from the shopping centre Incity and just opposite restaurants. Service is always impeccable, if you need a late check out it's never an issue, and the rooms are spacious. An elegant hotel with a nice atmosphere.

After moving away from Changshu, we return frequently to visit friends and this is our first choice hotel. The room was quite clean and had no strange odors; the front desk service was warm and attentive. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, perfect for a stroll or exercise.

An older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities, but the location is quite good.

Unfortunately after staying at this hotel previous visits, there has still been no much needed investment to upgrade. Very disappointed Will look elsewhere for next business trip.

The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable and the facilities are relatively complete.

The location is perfect, in the center city, close to the park of roses and shopping mall.

Very good hotel, five-star recommendation. Needless to say, the location is on the left, facing Fangta East Street, where you can go to the night market at night, and on the right facing Impression City. Facilities: OK, the hotel has everything it should have for this price. It's average, although it's a bit old, but it's well maintained. Hygiene: It's clean. The service is very good, the room is spacious and bright, with 2 windows. The bathroom is clean and very quiet at night. There is a shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient.

The family room I booked was quite big. The hygiene was average, and I found a hair on the bed. There was a table where children could do their homework, but there was no desk lamp, so the light was dim. The hotel breakfast did not have many varieties. There was free parking. The location was good, very close to Fangta Pedestrian Street and Impression City, and you could walk there.

Very good location, friendly staff

My stay coincided with the National Day holiday, so they upgraded my room. It was spacious, but the window was small; however, I just needed it for a nap anyway. The breakfast could be improved.

I stayed in Changshu for the half marathon, and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. It was great value for money, the room was clean, well-insulated, and very quiet. After the race, the hotel offered me a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location is excellent, very close to the scenic area and quite convenient to Flying Bear Park. The waitresses were warm and friendly. It would be even better if there were tables in the rooms. I hope Orange Garden continues to thrive.

The trip was a last-minute decision, and we planned to climb Yushan Mountain. There was a premium during the National Day holiday. The hotel was quite old, the facilities were so-so, and the room was small; the 1.2-meter bed was a bit cramped. Breakfast was okay; food was replenished promptly, and the taste was acceptable. Yushan Mountain is beautiful; the trip was worthwhile.

OK room, and service, but bit far to public transit.
