Everything was perfect except for the slightly dated decor. The service was excellent, and the breakfast, though a bit limited in variety, was delicious.

The Sheraton Changzhou Wujin Hotel was almost fully booked every day during the May Day holiday, and it was very lively! I booked an executive suite and stayed for four nights, and I was very satisfied with my stay! I'll definitely come back for a longer stay if I have the chance in the future!

Extremely satisfied with this family-friendly hotel! The day before check-in, Ctrip called to connect me with our butler on WeChat. Zoe, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful; she not only reminded us about parking vouchers but also prepared mini desserts, welcome fruits, and a storybook for our baby. I was very satisfied with my stay. Housekeeper Zoe was very thoughtful, and the hotel even offered activities for children, like making kites, during the May Day holiday.

For our May Day holiday family trip to Changzhou, we booked the Sheraton's family room (Count Rabbit) – and Zoe, our butler, provided absolutely fantastic service! She proactively added us on WeChat, arranged an early check-in, and even sent welcome fruits, snacks, and a children's meal. The location was tranquil and green and easy for an undisturbed nights sleep..Reception were very helpful helping me to organise a taxi to my n xt destination.... Room was clean and bright with a nice outlook. A good solid budget choice...

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for getting around. The rooms are large and clean. It has its own parking lot, the breakfast is excellent, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options, and the service is very good. The receptionist, Xiao Xiao, was very welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel and would recommend it to my friends.

Comfy rooms, swimming pool wasn't available at this time

The hotel is easy to find, has a beautiful environment, comfortable and clean rooms, and complete facilities. Parking is also convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, and the service attitude and service awareness are excellent. What I was most satisfied with was the warm and thoughtful service at the front desk.

I had booked the Sheraton Wujin, but had to change hotels at the last minute. The Holiday Inn here feels like an older five-star hotel in terms of design and layout. The guest rooms and public facilities are quite large, suggesting poor management led to a change in management company and a downgrade to Holiday Inn. The outer plaza and public areas are quite old, with severely damaged paving stones...

The room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom. There's a large green space behind the hotel; taking a walk after breakfast was really pleasant. The hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. Front desk staff Chen Chen helped upgrade my room; her warm service reflected the high standards of InterContinental staff. The hotel was nice, but in a more isolated part of town. I was there on business for 1 night. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The beds had very firm mattresses.

air conditioner makes a loud noise, and the air quality is poor! The bed board is very hard, and there is a musty smell in the room. It's a terrible experience.

Booked for two days ,hotel looked clean until I used the bath tub and ended up with a terrible rash on my back

I took the initiative to upgrade the room for free, and the bedding was very clean. That’s why I gave it a five-star rating. Nine out of ten hotels I stayed in before would cause allergies and itchiness, but this hotel won’t have it at all! In addition, the waiters are very friendly, and it is about ten minutes away from the dinosaur park.

The room has good light and good hygiene. There is a free parking lot. The front desk service attitude is good. There is also a free supply of new products. I am quite satisfied and will come again next time.

The service attitude is good. The waiters inside are very considerate. They saw that my hand was injured and they gave me a band-aid. I was very touched. It is hygienic and clean. My children also like it very much. The breakfast is also delicious.

Across the road from the hotel is the Dinosaur Park. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel breakfast is also OK, and the service is also very good. It is worth recommending.

Convenient location, 10 mins from the train station. Room is spacious. Breakfast is very yummy!

All was perfect!! Breakfast also good, many choices and live cooking. Good if you take train and just Infront of the giant pagoda.

Good location. Loads of restaurant in the building next door with a supermarket. Walking distance to Changzhou station.

It was just okay. The hotel facilities are quite old and the bed is small. The only upside is its excellent location. The value for money isn't great. It's very close to the train station, and the service was good. The lobby and exterior look nice. Haha.

The business offices and hotel rooms are in the same building. The first room had noise issues, so I switched. The second room then had a broken bathroom light, but I couldn't be bothered to switch again.

Ample parking and quick check-in. The room was quite large, with a 1.5-meter bed. The amenities were complete, and the refrigerator was promptly delivered when needed. Breakfast was plentiful, with small steamed buns, dim sum, stir-fried dishes, and coffee and yogurt. The only downside was that the air conditioning was difficult to adjust.

The hotel is located near Gehu Lake and is considered the home of mainland hockey. "Hauge" is the English translation of hockey, and "Mingdu" is speculated to refer to the capital of the Ming Dynasty. This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge, but there was no bathtub. The athletes usually slept in the rooms. The beds were very firm and springy, but the pillows were too soft. The rooms...

People are friendly and helpful. Staff are responsive to requests. The breakfast provides a variety of choices. It is safe and clean in general. The facilities need to be upgraded. However, the price is more reasonable, compared to the hotels in the neighbourhood.

The room is very clean and tidy. The service attitude is very nice. The room is big and well-equipped. Very nice.

Good. Xiao Xu at the front desk was very enthusiastic and shared with us several delicious and inexpensive snack bars, all of which were treasure troves of food. She has a very good personality and my girlfriend and I like her very much. The room is very clean, the sanitation is cleaned every day, the location is also good. Perfect

The location is quite good and travel is very convenient. The room is well-equipped and clean. The front desk staff checked us in professionally and quickly. I would also like to thank Xiao Chen and Xiao Shen for helping us deliver our luggage to the room. They were also very friendly and would explain everything to us. I give a thumbs up to the staff.

The breakfast is very rich and the front desk service is very good. The room facilities are quite complete. It is very close to Changzhou Dinosaur Park and Changzhou Art Museum. I will stay here again next time I come to Changzhou.
