Spacious and clean room.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The hotel is at a very convenient location close to subway station. Inside the hotel, the room is spacious but the furniture and carpet seem to remind us the old days and styles. I also used its banquet facility in a private dining room. The food and dishes are very good. When I have chance to go to Nantong city again, I will definitely consider to stay at this hotel.

Very bad, very bad! The smell of plum blossoms is very strong, the bed is damp, the room is old (very different from the promotional pictures), there are many mosquitoes (mosquito removal measures are equal to 0), the response to the front desk (no response, told me "just like that"), I suffered for one night's sleep !

The room was overall OK. Although it was a special room, the space was OK. The Ministry of Health was in place. The toilet and sheets were dirty and the cleaning was not in place.
The hotel hourly rent is mandatory for three hours and the front desk service attitude is poor.
I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never seen any hotel like this.

The hotel stay experience is very good. The room manager is very good when dealing with some small problems, and is very proactive in solving problems for customers. The Dou Lao seafood downstairs is very rich

I can only say that I will not go there again. I used to like staying at this hotel. But the TV really needs to be improved. I also had red spots on my body after staying there before. It was red and swollen. When I checked out today and got in the car, I found that my child was bitten by insects again.

The hotel facilities are slightly luxurious, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a subway station at the door, so transportation is very convenient.

This hotel is set in the beautiful decor of Victorian Europe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is only for Chinese no Western food. It is quite central in location near the new metro station. The room had a bar fridge but no mini bar except tea and coffee. We would stay there again.
