Suzhou LBED Collection Hotel in Suzhou

The room is good but I Think the corridor carpet need to change or they may be doing renovation now.
The hotel is near great food. Can go to 椿不老 restaurant to eat. Great food. Ask the receptionist for directions. They very friendly and courteous.

Facilities: Modern, even the toilets are smart.

Cleanliness: Very clean, no strange odors, and the cleaning staff are diligent.

Environment: Very convenient location, easy to get to Guanqian Street and Shantang Street.

Service: The service staff are enthusiastic.

Amenities: The room was well-equipped.
Service: Not bad, things I needed were delivered promptly, and for the non-smoking room request, they opened windows in advance for ventilation and used an air purifier.
Hygiene: Overall, the room was tidy and clean. There were a few mold spots on the bathroom wall, so I suggest scrubbing them off next time. It was a bit inconvenient that there was nowhere to put clean clothes in the bathroom.

The price is reasonable, it's very clean, and the staff's attitude is excellent!

The hotel's location is super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it easy to get to attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden and Pingjiang Road. There are also plenty of old-fashioned snack shops nearby, so you don't have to go far for sightseeing or good food.

I really liked the environment too. The decor is simple but comfortable, and both the common areas and the room were spotless. The bed was quite soft, and the room had all the necessary amenities, which felt new. The bathroom was a wet/dry separation, and there were no strange odors. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job; even the nooks and crannies were clean.

The service was also great. The front desk lady was friendly and processed my check-in quickly. She also gave me detailed tips on how to explore Suzhou and where to find good food. Whenever I needed anything during my stay, the staff were prompt in assisting, which made for a fantastic experience.

I bought a voucher through a group deal, and since it was off-season, they let us view all the available rooms so we could pick one we liked. Our room had a window, and because we were a mother and daughter, they even upgraded us to a family room for free! The staff member was incredibly helpful and her service made me feel like it was excellent value for money!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and everything is clean and functional. The room decor is simple and cozy, without any unnecessary complexities, yet everything you need is provided. Here, you can enjoy the simplest, purest form of relaxation and a great night's sleep. I can't find a single fault.

The hotel's environment perfectly matched my aesthetic; the decor was minimalist yet stylish, and the common areas were clean and tidy. The room itself was even more surprising – the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, offering an incredibly comfortable sleep. All the facilities were comprehensive and brand new, and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation with no strange odors. The cleaning staff did an exceptionally thorough job, even the corners were spotless.

The service was impeccable! The front desk lady was gentle and efficient during check-in. She also patiently recommended local Suzhou attractions and hidden culinary gems, which was incredibly thoughtful. Any requests during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, making the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10.

It's truly rare to find a hotel with such great value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit Suzhou, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The lady at the front desk was excellent; she arranged the room exactly as I requested and even upgraded my room type. The area isn't noisy, and the soundproofing seems pretty good. There's a self-service laundry on each floor, and on the first floor, you can use a fridge and microwave. Electric scooters are available right outside the hotel for self-service scanning, and it's very convenient to get to all the attractions by scooter. This hotel offers great value for money and is really good. Suzhou is a fun place, and I'll definitely be back! :-D
