The decor is luxurious, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean and smell fresh. The beds are large and comfortable. The shower is powerful and spacious. When we arrived the air-conditioning was broken and the room was hot so after one night they upgraded us to a suite that was cooler. Overall a great stay, I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in room 1208 at your hotel (Wanda Realm Taizhou) from April 4th to 6th, 2026. On the evening of my check-in, the room temperature was 26℃, and by the next morning, it had risen to 27℃. On April 5th, around 1 PM and again at 7 PM, I reported to the front desk twice that the room temperature consistently stayed between 26-27℃. The hotel's engineering department initially responded with 'the AC is being repaired' and then 'the network was blocked, but it's now resolved,' yet the following morning, the room temperature was still 26.5℃.

Throughout my two-night stay, my family and I suffered from the stuffy heat in the room, making it impossible to sleep. We only managed to fall asleep around 6 AM each morning, which severely impacted our holiday mood and sleep quality.

During this experience, two areas in your hotel deserve improvement:

1. **Insufficient Holiday Preparedness:** The hotel was clearly not well-prepared for the Qingming Festival long weekend. Additionally, the housekeeping staff forgot to replenish fresh towels.
2. **Poor Communication on Unexpected Issues:** When I stayed at an established international hotel in Beijing at the end of March this year, they explicitly informed me that the cold air function had not yet been activated and suggested using the ventilation mode, which effectively resolved the issue. In contrast, your hotel's communication and handling of the AC malfunction still have significant room for improvement.

I hope your hotel can address these issues and provide a reasonable explanation or resolution. Thank you for your attention.

The lobby is impressive, and the service is prompt. The cleanliness meets five-star standards. Parking downstairs is convenient, and its central location makes it easy to visit the old town. There's also a Wanda Plaza nearby with popular bubble tea shops like Cha Yan Yue Se and Ba Wang Cha Ji, so you can grab a drink anytime. The only downside is that the air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted this season, making the room a bit too warm.

30.03.2026 Alengjie

The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are dated, but the basic functions and cleanliness are fine. The location is also quite convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.

The laundry service very slow ,it takes 24 hours . However i was in rush.
The swimming pool is crowded, they have swimming academy for kids, and no privacy at all .
The shower i the swimming pool is dirt .no shower gel or shampoo.

The hotel is high-end and upscale, mainly because the service staff are very good at providing services. I feel at home. I especially appreciate the thoughtful help from the front desk. The room is also very comfortable.

This is my third time staying since 2024. A very good hotel indeed. But breakfast are getting bad. They might be losing corporate customers.
