Services, location and hotel are excellent.
As we always want to stay in Marriott brand hotel in the city travel for business meetings or personal.
1. Breakfast officially ends at 10:30 AM, but by 9:30 AM, there was nothing left – completely empty. Don't you guys provide the kitchen with an estimated headcount for breakfast the next day? (Terrible management, zero stars).
2. For a Courtyard, the breakfast only offered basic items like steamed buns, congee, and noodles, which even budget hotels have, and fewer than 10 actual dishes. Unbelievable (Management gets zero stars).
3. A hotel that boasts a special **Chinese restaurant couldn't even provide dental floss. (Cost-cutting measures, perhaps?)
4. At night, the room temperature was 28.2 degrees Celsius. I called the front desk to ask if there was air conditioning, and they said yes. After repeated催促 from me, an engineer finally came and simply turned on the AC switch. (A small anecdote: The front desk told me, 'We have a lot of guests today, please wait an hour,' when I called at 10 PM).
5. The mini-bar was completely empty. Is this also a Courtyard brand standard?!
In summary: If you don't have enough staff, only operate the number of rooms you can properly service! Also, management needs a serious upgrade. It feels very disorganized, like everyone is just coasting along!
