As a Trip.com Black Diamond member, I should have been entitled to a late check-out, but the hotel insisted on a 12 PM check-out and charged half or full-day rates for any extended stay. The room's facilities were old and constantly had water leaks and power outages – the power would cut out every time I boiled water. The overall management was chaotic, leading to a terrible experience. I do not recommend staying here!

What a wonderful experience to be right in the heart of the Walking Street. Very relaxing and cozy stay, Staff and amenities were great!

A cool hotel stay in the historical Nanchang Street. Walking distance to all the touristy spots as well as to the famous plum blossom cake from Shine on Me ✨ The butlers picked us up and helped with the luggage~ 5-star service 💕

Since it's a hotel converted from an old building, the facilities definitely can't meet modern standards.

Stepping into this century-old house, I was enchanted by the dreamlike cherry blossoms. I spent my leisure time quietly sipping tea, and stepping out, I was right on the lively Nanchang Street – so convenient! On the last day, I took some beautiful travel photos with my little one, and they turned out great and super trendy. Can't wait for our next visit!

Our family had a fantastic experience here. The hotel is located right on Nan Chang Street pedestrian zone, a beautifully renovated old house with modern amenities. It's conveniently located, the environment is elegant, and the layout is very thoughtfully designed. The service was excellent, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were super comfortable. My family was very satisfied.

The location is super convenient and the environment is also quite nice. The staff were very helpful and gave us a lot of travel tips. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and it was a little warm indoors during the summer, but overall we were very satisfied.

The soundproofing in the ground floor rooms wasn't great, but they switched us to a different one after we complained. Parking is limited to one entry and exit, with additional charges for more, and there's usually a queue to park. The location is quite good, but the service was, at best, average.
