This is an older hotel with very poor facilities. There was a strong, dusty smell in the hallways, and my room was so stuffy I couldn't sleep all night. I arrived too late and was too tired to change rooms. The cleanliness was appalling; the bathroom was too dirty to even enter, and the public restrooms were also filthy, with tissues scattered everywhere. I'd say it's probably worse than an budget hotel. However, the front desk staff were excellent – very professional, well-mannered, and provided comfortable, top-notch service.

24-hour self-service laundry room: Plenty of machines, convenient, fast, and free.
Heated swimming pool and self-service gym: The equipment is comprehensive, and the opening hours in the morning and evening are great, perfect for business travelers.
The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is excellent.

First impression was good. Then from there was downhill and fast. This place is good to stay if no need to customer service or common sense. Was promised a plate of fruit due to membership status. it showed up as I was headed out to check out. Went to dinner with coworker and bill came to a total of 1352 but they only ran 1000 on card I asked them to add it to room bill and would pay all in morning at check out. Nope that couldn't happen,

So now when I see their advert talking about how they value customer service and it is about making all right it brings a smile to my face.

So now is start to look. It was obvious to all the the breakfast menu had been in room for a bit and as it is on bed its been slept on very wrinkled and bent. Noticed at breakfast creamer lip was chipped no concern of wait staff when pointed it out. Check out was a whole other process that needed improvement. When offered cookie I refused it and told clerk it means nothing and you don't follow your rules. Won't be staying here again and have already talked to my client and they won't book into there again.

The location is very close to my company, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the room is clean and tidy!

This week, we traveled around Taihu Lake to Wuxi and stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Overall, our stay was quite good. The room was spacious and bright, and we could watch the sunrise right from our window. Whether it was the breakfast or set meals on the first floor, or the à la carte dishes at the Suiyuan Restaurant on the second floor, everything was delicious. We also had ice packs and medicine that needed to be frozen and refrigerated separately, and the front desk was very helpful in storing them for us, which was super convenient.

The hotel has its own garden, and the environment is very nice, offering good value for money. As a brand hotel, it has all the facilities you'd expect, though it was a bit disappointing that the fitness center was under renovation during my stay. The service was still very good.
