Extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient. The air conditioning and water heater maintain a perfect temperature 24/7. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from the train station, bus station, and subway, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. The owner is gracious and refined, just like the hotel's name, 'Su Chen.' Staying here truly enhanced our Wuxi trip and left us with wonderful memories. Highly recommended! A big thank you to the owner and the platform!

The room was not that clean and had some weird odor . Neither were the amenities up to the mark.

Hotel is conveniently located, I basically walked to the wuxi train station. Checked in very late at night and the staff didn't mind that. He even upgraded my room for me at no extra cost! It's a low budget hotel, at a great location. Don't expect 5star treatment.
