KunShan was my hometown. I walked by the hotel so many times in the past, the landmark hotel was the obvious choice when we opted to stay in a hotel this time around. The hotel is centrally located, the #11 subway train passes by the station across the courtyard and takes you directly to Shanghai as well as 金鸡湖 in Suzhou. The hotel was renovated recently. The rooms are clean and comfortable, supported by friendly front desk and other staffers. Our booking included breakfast, we were truly impressed by the qualities of food as well as the selections available. Thanks a lot for hosting and we’ll definitely come back again hopefully soon! The hotel is in the city center, the lobby is very grand, and there are many traditional food shops around. It is very close to Tinglin Garden and can be reached on foot. The service attitude of Xiao Li and Xiao Jun at the front desk was very good. They helped me upgrade to the main building for free. The buffet breakfast is quite rich, especially the self-service Aozao Pavilion. The noodles and toppings are very authentic. The sesame biscuits are great. You must try them! In addition, I have to say that the air conditioner in room 1106 is very noisy. Fortunately, the weather is not hot and I turned it off to sleep. I hope it can be fixed.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a grand lobby and many traditional food shops around. It is very close to Tinglin Garden and can be reached on foot. The service attitude is very good. When the parking lot in the yard is full, you will be guided to the underground parking lot next door. The buffet breakfast is quite rich, especially the self-service Aozao Pavilion. The noodles and toppings are very authentic, and the sesame pancakes are great. You must try it!

The hotel is very nice but I some comment. The carpet in the room seems to have too much loose fibers and not vacuum regularly. The swimming pool open is not open in the morning. The breakfast food is standard for a 4 star hotel.

It is a long-established hotel in Kunshan. The facilities are well maintained. The air conditioning and heating effect in the room are very good. There is a small table in the room, which is convenient for temporary business writing and computer use. Network cables and mouse pads are also provided. The service provided by Xiao Chen and Xiao Li at the front desk was very good. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, and the overall price/performance ratio is good.

Every time I come to Kunshan, I always stay at the Kunshan Hotel, which has an elegant environment and convenient transportation. Xiao Li at the front desk is very helpful. They also thoughtfully upgraded my room for free. So heartwarming.
