The gilded lobby, grand murals, and crystal chandeliers of this old-school five-star hotel exude a timeless elegance, reminiscent of old Shenyang. Manager Hao at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she arranged our room in advance and even upgraded us to a cozy family suite. She made sure the air conditioning was on and set to a comfortable temperature before we arrived and patiently explained small details, like how the room doesn't require a key card for power, which was very considerate. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely VIP fruit platter and snacks, a truly thoughtful touch. The entire experience was warm, attentive, and professional, making for a very comfortable stay.

Was originally a Marriott hotel. Stayed there two times, six weeks each time. Very nice hotel but their best attribute is their working staff at the hotel. Several of them became good friends during my long stay there. I still miss them.

Used to be a Marriott. Very nice five star hotel. The buffet in there is quite decent as well. Price can be high but if you are on a business trip this is a good place to stay.

The room is very good and quiet. The children like the bathtub. They are comfortable to wear and sleep well. The breakfast is also good with many varieties. I like the clear soup noodles, fried eggs and watermelon.

Free upgrade to suite! The breakfast is very rich, with red sausage and belly sausage with Northeast characteristics, beef noodles and wontons are recommended to try! Although the restaurant is not big, the service is still very good and the dishes are also rich!

This is an old hotel with magnificent decoration and a big enough room, but the air conditioner is too hot, the quilt is too thick, and the window cannot be opened, which affects the sleep. In fact, the quilt and mattress pad can solve the problem. I hope the hotel can improve the accommodation conditions.

The Marriott now is really not as good as it used to be. This is the first time I have such a serious allergy. I used to think that Marriott and Shangri-La were of the same level, and staying there was a matter of face, but the comparison now is really too big. There is a big gap in service and hygiene. Maybe my perception is still in the glorious days of Marriott. I was really angry this time. I had an allergy after staying here. Asking for a reduction in room rate and reimbursement of medical expenses has become unreasonable. Today's medical means cannot prove that I have an allergy in a hotel, and I don't have the energy to argue with the hotel. I'll send you my check-in time and medical treatment record for reference for everyone's future stay. It was a very disappointing experience. Especially those with children, please pay more attention. They may have to get an injection tomorrow. Thank you to Ctrip customer service for your understanding and fighting for your rights. Northeast, come on, don’t disappoint everyone.
