The place is rather old, and the facilities need improvement. The bathtub and view are indeed amazing, but upgrading the equipment would be even better. The arrangement of two bathrooms is very convenient.

We were told to check out because of Typhoon Signal No. 10. We thought it was okay, at least we could stay in reception for a while! Who knew they wanted us to leave as soon as we finished the paperwork? They showed absolutely no regard for our safety. It was so inhumane and disgusting!

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've stayed at and there's been many. Filthy room, minimal service and what's more we paid extra for jacuzzi room when it was broken. There were insects around and I felt like checking out and going home
Although I did stay the afternoon as it took me a long time to get here but I didn't stay the night. And no staff to even check me out as they went home

It's all about location. It's somewhat rundown, shabby, etc., but the location and view offset the negative.

The hotel is low value for money, not recommended. The neighborhood is indeed convenient, the geography is ok, but this hotel is not suitable for living.
1. Air conditioning strong wind, directly blowing the head of the bed position can not be adjusted, open to the smallest strong wind no difference, unless you turn off the air conditioner blowing a night to sleep very bad, the next morning strong headache.
2. Stay to pay $ 1000 deposit but the whole room nothing.
3. The craziest thing is the whole house no normal location of the electrical switch location, charging hair dryer is very difficult to handle, the bedside no electrical switch, the whole room only the bottom of the wardrobe socket, hair dryer to be in the living room rubbed coffee machine to have electrical switch can plug hair dryer.

During our stay, the fire alarm accidentally rang twice at 7am & 7:30am with no reason, and the night-to-morning shift security guards (a senior man & a senior lady) were quite rude. And strongly recommend to bring your own hair dryer for your stay cuz the little pink hair dryer did nothing……

It’s a small boutique hotel. Rooms are very spacious though ours is a studio only. Front Desk lady Peggy is very friendly and warm. It’s a pet friendly hotel. Location is great. Facing the beach. With many eateries downstairs and nearby. Will be back.
