A hefty price which should not be a rated as 4-star hotel. Room great, staffs are helpful. Just make sure if you are checking in at this hotel, it does not come up with free toiletries, bottled water, no iron. They charge you for extra cost per person. They are requiring you to check out at 11am and check in time 2:30 or more, unlike with other branded hotels.

The room had a sofa area where you could sit and watch TV, making it feel spacious. The air conditioning was cool, and there was a bathtub, but the lid couldn't be closed, so I couldn't soak in it. The room price was quite expensive, but there wasn't even a toothbrush or a bottle of drinking water provided. Drinking water is understandable since it's expensive in Hong Kong, but the lack of a toothbrush was disappointing. The price wasn't that high, so a toothbrush should be provided for guests. I didn't bring one because almost every hotel I've stayed at has provided one; you have to buy one dental kit at the front desk for $10. I was very unimpressed by this.

Monique and the rest of the front desk staff are very helpful and warm. I totally agree with all the reviews from tiktok that we watched. Also the room is more spacious clean and the lobby felt secured!!! We will definitely be back here in HOTEL PRAVO 🥰🥰🥰

An absolutely wonderful hotel! Getting a room this spacious in Hong Kong at this price point was a pleasant surprise—it felt incredibly roomy and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is perfect; it’s close to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, making it very convenient to reach all the major tourist spots.
The housekeeping was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally kind. I actually lost my wallet and was struggling to find it, but the reception team did everything they could to help, showing genuine care and concern. Thanks to them, I finally found it! I’m so grateful. Plus, the airport bus stop is nearby, which made getting to the airport a breeze. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Hotel Pravo! Stayed for 5 days with my family - the rooms were very comfortable and clean (as well as the rest of the hotel), the place was every convenient (super close to mcdo, jollibee, convenient stores + train & bus), and the employees were really nice and accommodating. Shoutout to Janice and Jason for assisting us! We had a smooth check in & out. Will definitely book again next year! (We actually stayed here last 2023 as well)

The location is perfect, very close to the train stations. The room was nice, although unfortunately, I was assigned one of the darker rooms, mainly due to the interior decoration rather than the view.
I would suggest a bit more friendliness and a warmer welcome from the staff. I understand that cultural differences may influence warmth and hospitality, but in this industry, making guests feel truly welcome is essential.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall experience.

Check out time 11.00, late CO will be charged 100HKD, nothing amenities may cause from the rules, if you need, will be charged 25 HKD/item, hotel toilet is on 6th floor, need to get key card at counter. What do you think about this comments

Very centrally located. Bed is a very a little small but it's HK. You have a sofa to sit down is a plus to me. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!
What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.

We enjoyed ourself immensely. The food was excellent, service was first class. Gazi, the manager, was a very charming man who was very hospitable. We will come here every time we come to hongkong.

Crystal jade has some of the best noodles and dumplings you can get at reasonable prices. It’s one of my staples in both HK and Singapore. There are always queues but it’s also very organised so you usually get seated within 10 mins. The Xiao long bao are great and must be eaten, but I have literally not had a bad dish here.
