Just stayed in their Haiphong Branch this week and it was great. Ali, the person in charge of the branch, is such a warm person-- changes sheets and cleans the room everyday.
The room is super clean and wifi speed is fast, which was most important as I bought work together with my holiday.
I inquired through their facebook page first then the secure payment details were sent via email then wallah! We are booked.
The Haiphong branch is very near the MTR station (Tsim Sha Tsui station) and the bus stations. We just walked outside the building and there was the bus station to the airport (A21).
Thanks again Ali and Taisan. We hope we can come back soon!

Weirdly but well located, room is tiny but OK, elevators take ages

Very small room. If you open your luggage, you have literally no place to stand. Yet it is cozy for a night's rest. Quite difficult to locate. It's located in Mirador mansion, Nathan road. Opposite iSquare. Reception on 8th floor. Rooms on the 8th or 16th floor.

The rooms are very clean and well kept, cleaning service every day for free. The rooms was very small, but it's pretty normal for Hong Kong, but the bathroom was very big. The hostel is in a mansion with a lot of food shop at the first floor. 1 minute by walk from the metro station and in front of the bus/stop to go to the airport. A very convenient position.

This was an excellent hostel to stay in for a few days in Mirador Mansion! The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. I felt safe and secure here and my room and bathroom was very clean upon check-in. Also, hostel was walking distance to the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade & laser light show, subway stations, shopping and restaurants!

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from MTR Tsim Tsa Tsui Station (nearest exits are D1, D2 and N5). Just downstairs, there are famous Jenny cookies, Top1 bakery and various shops to complete your souvenir shopping. Also walking distance to Arena of Stars (and to watch Symphony of lights), and Kowloon ferry terminal if you are planning for a trip to Macau.
Room is small but clean, hot shower is available, free WiFi, drinking water (hot and cold) is available at common area. Overall comfortable stay.

Clean rooms and friendly Filipino staff.
Linens and towel were changed everyday. Staff cleans the room daily without even having to ask. Check-out time is at 11am but you can leave your lugguage until 5pm for free. Great value for money.

Super lovin this guesthouse.. the rooms are always clean and the staff lalo na si Ate Jenny is super accomodating.. highly recommended.. nice location too and easily accessible by MTR.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

What you display on ur menu(pictures) is NOT what u serve at all and ur side vegetables are a fraction of the size as it shows in the picture

Long waiting time during lunch. When I go inside the smell like a stink bomb here, noodles taste is worse than 5 years ago as well as the service, a bit disappointed ?

The tomato soup based udon was not rich, but still ok. I would prefer going to some other udon places to get the tomato soup based udon. The beef appetizer is pretty good on the other hand. Love their idea of putting a pig head fish cake to the udon to add some cuteness lol

Hot udon is good, but used to be better before. Soup is tasty though a bit oily. Snacks are just of normal standard.
