Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite the busy flow of hotel guests, the lifts are sufficient and very efficient. I have stayed in hotels where lifts are always crowded and needed to wait; Gateway hotel does not have this issue at all. The location is also excellent: Habour City, K11 Art Mall, K11 Musea and TST MTR station. Eateries are abundant in the hotel area too.

Just make sure if you are checking in at this hotel, it does not come up with free toiletries, bottled water, no iron. They charge you for extra cost per person. Very convenient location, MRT is just downstairs and many eateries around like Red Tea, Waso, Mulksha, MilkFill and Hashtag B. Hotel is new and clean too

Very convenient location, clean room, however the rooms are smaller than it seems but comfortable stay overall. Will definitely come back here again.

Located in the main tourist area with restaurants and shipping, , just 5 min walk to the waterfront, and convenient proximity to subway and buses. Hotel service is quick and professional. This hotel was quiet except doors banging noise, something that could be fixed with 1 HKD pads. Hotel is undergoing perpetual repairs, and entrance is somewhat obscured next to a pizza restaurant.
