An old five-star hotel in a great location, with very convenient subway access and not far from the beach. They gave me a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a sea view and provided complimentary fruit. Overall, it was good, but the facilities are a bit dated.

The hotel has a long history, and its facilities definitely reflect a bygone era. However, the service is excellent, and it's the only hotel in the city center that allows small dogs. They even provide a stroller for your dog, which is super convenient. The pet amenities in the room are also very comprehensive, with bowls for water, food, and even a litter box. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance of the coastal promenade, and the breakfast offers a great variety. Dining options nearby are also plentiful, with seafood restaurants, seafood noodles, and even roadside beer stalls all easily accessible.

Pretty good! The hotel is right above the subway, and it's a 10-15 minute walk south to Yanner Island. Taxis to downtown attractions usually take about 10 minutes. The bed was really comfortable, but the central AC wasn't very strong.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and meet star-rated standards. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are very good. Environment: It's an established hotel with European-style decor, which perfectly matches Qingdao's urban aesthetic. Service: The service management is decent, but many details could be improved. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend it!

Overall, the hotel is decent. The location is excellent, very close to Mykal, where there's a street full of great food. It's also very near the beach, within walking distance to Wheat Island and Swallow Island, and close to Aeon Mall Dongbu. The cleanliness is relatively good. The service felt just okay, not particularly warm or enthusiastic; it was there, but didn't feel exceptionally good. It seemed like we were assigned a room at the end of the hall without prior notice. Also, when storing luggage, there was no queue, and people were cutting in line.

The hotel is right behind Exit C of Kaohsiung MRT Station! (The navigation was a bit off… it might have been directing to the main entrance, but the side entrance is actually closer!)

What a coincidence, the room number I checked into was exactly the same as my childhood home! It really made me feel at home!

The service was great; they provided kids' toothbrushes, kids' slippers, and even a welcome fruit platter!

However, there were no plastic slippers, so I bought a pair myself.

Facilities: This hotel is a well-established brand in the area, so the quality is top-notch.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are excellent.
Environment: There are plenty of amenities nearby, so you won't have to worry about finding things to do or places to eat.
Service: The service was very enthusiastic, especially on the first night when the smart toilet seat had an issue and the staff proactively replaced it.
I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The environment is great, with windows, and it's very clean. The room size is also just right. The service is exceptionally thoughtful, and I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots, and there are many delivery options nearby. Although it's an older five-star hotel, the price isn't particularly expensive. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport links and very close to the sea. We left the hotel around 4:50 AM to watch the sunrise and arrived just after 5 AM. It's a classic five-star hotel with all the facilities you'd expect, and it's very clean and tidy. Our belongings were already on the bed, so I didn't take a picture of it. We also received complimentary fruit upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise!

Booked this for my parents. The front desk even gave them a complimentary breakfast, which was great since my dad has to eat breakfast every day. The front desk staff and all the other employees were very friendly and helpful, making their stay very comfortable. Across the street, there's a snack street with lots of must-try places, and it's super close to the subway station, so getting around was really convenient.
