The hotel overall was decent. It's about a 10-minute drive off the highway, and there's plenty of parking. The only minor inconvenience is that the underground garage doesn't have an elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the first floor. However, you can park by the back door, which has direct elevator access. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. The room was quite spacious and furnished...

There aren't even any restaurants left, it's very inconvenient.

Comfortable and relaxing! A landmark building with a luxurious gold finish, conveniently located near Moganshan Mountain and Xiazhuhu Wetland! Free parking. Highly recommended.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a long-established five-star hotel. Although it's an older establishment, the facilities are very well maintained. Located in the city center, it's also close to various attractions, with Xiazhuhu Lake only about a 15-minute drive away. The hotel breakfast is also excellent! 👍 We requested an upgrade on Ctrip, provided there were rooms available...

The environment is nice, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast is delicious, and the service from the front desk to the rooms is prompt and attentive. The pool water temperature is just right, making it very suitable for family trips.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's exceptionally clean; among the many hotels I've stayed at costing 2000 RMB and above, this one felt the cleanest.
