The hotel is amazing, the service was great, you got picked up by a car from the entrance, you didn't have to deal with luggage at all, breakfast was very good, overall one of our favorite accommodations of the trip. The only bad thing for us was that the bed was pretty hard, but maybe this is the traditional style.

We stayed at Waterside Resort in Wuzhen on 28 Mar 2026. The hotel location, room and breakfast were great and I would like to especially mention a very helpful hotel staff, Dai Chenwei (Xiao Dai), who helped me greatly to get back my lost spectacles. While exploring Wuzhen after checking in the hotel, I realized I lost my spectacles and was backtracking to the places I have visited in Xizha to look...

Beautiful water town of wuzhen. Hotel is very big and if u stay on the wrong side u need to walk 5 minutes to breakfast area. Nice swimming pool with temprature adjusted water.

Spent a night at 枕水酒店 in 乌镇, and it was a lovely experience. The town itself is charming, with beautiful canals, traditional architecture, and a very relaxed atmosphere—especially in the evening and early morning when it’s quieter. The butler service was excellent. They called me two days in advance, set up a WeChat group, and provided all sorts of thoughtful reminders. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuzhen.

New Century Hotel

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent.

We had two separate bookings, and the first one pretty much covered our thoughts. Overall, the hotel, including its dining options, was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

The hotel has a good location, and the receptionist, Xiao Hu, was very helpful and welcoming.

The software service is excellent, the breakfast is plentiful, the environment is quiet, the location is superb, and the price-performance ratio is outstanding.

I booked a hotel with my colleagues on a business trip. The facilities were quite old, the bath towels were all yellowed, and the washbasin looked dirty because I didn't know what was on it. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. You can hear sounds from the corridor. What's even more exaggerated is that you can actually hear snoring in other rooms. Can you have a good rest?

The hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop right outside that goes directly to the train station. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were quite delicious. The staff were warm and attentive.

The front desk service was excellent. They proactively asked me if I needed an invoice during check-in and had it ready, so check-out in the morning was seamless. They also sent a fruit plate to the room and had the air conditioning turned on in advance. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and we even received complimentary fruit upon check-in. The room was quite spacious, and they provided several bottles of water, which was plenty. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. It was my first time having steamed eggs with rice wine at a hotel breakfast, and they were delicious! I'm even planning to try making them at home.

The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen at reception, were really nice and enthusiastic. They gave me great tips on how to explore Wuzhen. The room itself was pretty good, but a giant spiderweb kept me up at night. The soundproofing wasn't great either; I could clearly hear the kids next door still awake past midnight and then getting up at 7 AM.

Located within the Wuzhen scenic area, it's relatively quiet and very convenient for sightseeing. The room facilities are a bit old and the decor is a little too traditional Chinese, making it feel a bit dull. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. 😀

The room is on the smaller side, but the hotel has character and the location is quite convenient, right inside the scenic area. The surroundings of the scenic area are lovely, perfect for a relaxed pace.

The hotel and rooms were nice and warm, and it even has its own beautiful garden, perfect for a sunset stroll.
