The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen at reception, were really nice and enthusiastic. They gave me great tips on how to explore Wuzhen. The room itself was pretty good, but a giant spiderweb kept me up at night. The soundproofing wasn't great either; I could clearly hear the kids next door still awake past midnight and then getting up at 7 AM.

Located within the Wuzhen scenic area, it's relatively quiet and very convenient for sightseeing. The room facilities are a bit old and the decor is a little too traditional Chinese, making it feel a bit dull. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. 😀

The room is on the smaller side, but the hotel has character and the location is quite convenient, right inside the scenic area. The surroundings of the scenic area are lovely, perfect for a relaxed pace.

The hotel and rooms were nice and warm, and it even has its own beautiful garden, perfect for a sunset stroll. It retains the Republic of China era style and the charming ancient architectural features of Wuzhen water town. The room had fruit, a sterilizer cabinet, tea, and other amenities, which was very convenient. The customer was very satisfied.

This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Wuzhen. They upgraded my room, which had a great view right from the window and was very spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a shuttle bus stop right outside, and a pier just a short walk down the main street. If you walk about 100 meters or take the shuttle one stop, you'll find the 'Longing for Life' Mushroom House, where I even tried their signature hotpot.

The hotel's breakfast was also fantastic, with great ambiance, quality control, food options, and service. It's definitely my top choice for a family trip with kids.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Ruyifang pier in the scenic area. It's quiet and elegant, so you can easily pop back to your room to rest whenever you're tired from exploring. The rooms are neat, clean, and have a charming, classic feel. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The Ding Sheng pastries at breakfast were delicious! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuzhen.

My friend said the hotel I chose was excellent, and honestly, I didn't expect it to be this good either! 👍 We decided to visit Wuzhen last minute, driving from Suzhou in the afternoon, and only started looking for a hotel on the way. I was debating whether to stay inside the scenic area because the guesthouses there seemed quite expensive. This place had a reasonable price and even included two tickets to Xizha. I was a bit worried it wouldn't be great, but it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient – it's less than 100 meters from the main street, and it's also a shuttle bus stop, making it super easy to go out and explore. The toiletries in the room were all L'Occitane, and the service was exceptional. Thumbs up! 👍

Just spent a 2 nights at the Dockside Boutique Hotel in Wuzhen and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are absolute gems - super caring and always ready to help. Breakfast spread was delish, and the zao cha experience they offer at the market was a fun twist! Location's a winner too - it's the final stop, so super chill and convenient. Would totally stay here again

The hotel service was excellent, from the front desk to the bellhops, everyone was warm, friendly, and always tried their best to help with any issues. What impressed me most was the hotel's breakfast. All the pastries were freshly made and mini-sized, perfect for vacationers with a smaller appetite who still want to try a variety of different foods. You could find Qingtuan (sweet green rice balls), Dingsheng Cake (steamed rice cake), and turnip cakes – no need to queue up at the old streets or feel bad about missing out on morning tea. The hotel breakfast alone can satisfy all your cravings.
