Better than perfect stay! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but after the incredible service from the family/owners, we chose to cancel our next hotel and stay 3 more nights. This was a family operation run by Mladen, his wife, Milena, and 2 daughters Marija and Magdalena (sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong!). He clearly and rightly enjoys what he has built here and it shows. He is kind, helpful, full of good advice, and funny. He lent us hats when we needed them, and even drove me to the car rental place and did most of the talking - above and beyond what one would expect...

Great service and friendly people who run the place. The location is wonderful is you like staying on the beach or in the swimming pool. We ate at the hotel and was very good. Although the size of the portions should be a big bigger since we were short of some meat. Overall a place I would revisit.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this spot. It’s the hotel next to the hostel so didn’t need to share the room. The room was clean and nice. I really enjoyed the view from the balcony of the water. And it was such a perfect spot to sit, talk, and have some wine. But the walls are thin so be considerate of your neighbors

Friendly and nice staff, a lot of pubs around, close to the sea, large and clean rooms. Free parking was often busy due to the fact that is situated near the store.

Newly reconstructed place near the beach away from Splits city rush with a very friendly and helpful owner

It's a nice place, excellent view and very friendly host. Clean apartment with clean bathroom. Good position in the city and not far from Split.

Clean & comfortable, helpful host, sea view & only a short distance from the sea, shops & restaurants. Nice location away from the hustle of a split - but only a AUD10 Uber ride away.

Nice location and views. Only too expensive just for a room. Did t like the carpet in the heat. Owner chasing constantly for money was very unpleasa.nt

Very good hotel. Family owners very welcoming and the rooms kept clean, with fresh linen and towels every other day.

Rooms very clean, modern and well kept. Big shower was a bonus. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Beach not even 5 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment a short walk from the bus stop and the beach. Room small, cozy, clean. Toilet with a small bathroom. Ideal for a few days and affordable. The second house in a slight hill. Lots of restaurants and bars on the main promenade, lots to choose from.

Great accommodation and hosts! The room and shared kitchen were really clean and fully equipped. We got pancakes as a surprise breakfast from the host on the day we arrived, which was really nice.
