The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the old town. The cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff is without a single complaint. The child especially enjoyed the pool, considering our visit in January.

The room and breakfast were excellent. The only complaint is that the pool is open until 9, and on the website is indicated that it's open until 10. Žnjan now looks phenomenal and you don't even need to go any further.

The location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

We didn’t find any available room in vicinity, but they had one, and it was much better then expected. Hotel has 2 stars but the room was updated, so it worth higher rating. Also breakfast had a variety selection. Clean, AC worked great, nice view and very friendly staff.

This place is about 12 minute drive outside of Split. It is a basic Hotel that fills basic needs. It is austere, but very clean, huge & we'll run. A really good night stay for the price you pay. And has more than ample parking and is close to my two favorite restaurants Stobrec. Epetium & Nikola. 2 must eat at places! No matter where you stay!

Modern villa under the same group as Hotel Vestibul Palace. The location is decent, just a 5-10 min walk downhill to the Old Town, or 5 mins away from the supermarket. Antonia who managed the accommodation was friendly, helpful and responsive.

We were very happy to be upgraded to the double suite. Very spacious for three of us. But the layout is a bit strange, probably converted from a residential property. The rooftop is a real plus surprise - the view is fantastic, the pool is so cool. Plus it also has sauna, gym and a jacuzzi - very comprehensive for such a boutique hotel.

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

For a 4-star hotel, the facilities and food are lacking. This is the first time I've seen a place without a coffee machine. Just put frozen coffee in hot water. Free parking. No height restrictions.

We stayed one night on Sept 26-27 with group of bikers. We liked the amenities and staff was very helpful. We were also happy that there was secure parking for our motorcycles. We recommend the hotel to anyone. We didn’t have dinner there, but there is nice terrace to hove drinks next door.

The room was tiny and the WiFi almost nonexistent. The church bells started ringing at 6 am. Still it was the perplace to stay since it was in the heart of old town.

Our stay in Split old town We loved the hotel location and the staff. It is however very difficult if travelling by car and suit case. Parking is far and many steps to climb with the suitcase. It would have been a total disaster not for the help of staff specifically Ivana.
