The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. It was our own problems, the room would be perfect for 2.

For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.

Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom. We really recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. I was worried that the ancient city would be too noisy, but I regretted it. Some hotels in the ancient city may be better.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. Stayed there in late February 2023. While their were few guests in the hotel in the off season, the service - from the front desk, kitchen, and other hotel staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean and classically decorated. The room was large and the bathroom was like new. The bed was really wide and comfortable. This hotel has free parking. The old lady will give you the choice of making breakfast. The hotel fruit is very fresh. The handsome guy at the front desk is very serious and enthusiastic. There is a warm feeling of home.

Staff needs to be trained up a bit more, and breakfast buffet has limited choices. Some hot food was not kept in warm plate.

Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around.

Free upgrade !! Apartment was clean and we received a free upgrade on arrival from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. Internet was good but didn’t work at the pool. Breakfast included was amazing. Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up. Other than that all other hotel staff were approachable and kind!

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes. The staff were all very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

For a 4-star hotel, the facilities and food are lacking. This is the first time I've seen a place without a coffee machine. Just put frozen coffee in hot water. Free parking. No height restrictions.

The staff is very friendly, but they only give you one bottle of water per stay, which I find unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The location is very convenient, except for the luggage. On the other hand, they only have two parking spaces on the outskirts of the historic center, which is insufficient. Beautiful Hotel in the  center of town. Very quiet and convenient to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel felt more like a 5 star with all the  amenities  rather than a 4 star.

Hotel Zagreb is Yugoslav era heritage hotel. Made in tipical elegant marble, wood and glass style within, and pine forest, beaches and big teraces outside. Very friendly staff and much more than 3 stars. Only reason why its 2 stars is because Croatia's new law obligates min 18 square meters rooms and Zagreb has 17,5 square meter rooms. We didn’t find any available room in vicinity, but they had one, and it was much better then expected. Hotel has 2 stars but the room was updated, so it worth higher rating. Also breakfast had a variety selection. Clean, AC worked great, nice view and very friendly staff.

Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the palace area of Split. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and a very convenient location. Even has a special air-controlled smoking lounge.

The room was tiny and the WiFi almost nonexistent. The church bells started ringing at 6 am. Still it was the perplace to stay since it was in the heart of old town.

Our stay in Split old town We loved the hotel location and the staff. It is however very difficult if travelling by car and suit case. Parking is far and many steps to climb with the suitcase. It would have been a total disaster not for the help of staff specifically Ivana.

Tina is a great receptionist, very polite and takes her job seriously. We really enjoyed the hotel in Split – and the city itself is stunning.

The staff is perfect; welcoming, calm, helpful and always smiling. The rooms are clean but small. Location is perfect, just in old city and you feel the soul of the city. Breakfast was disappointing. They really need to find a person who can cook eggs. Whatever you order the guy gives you too much fried scrambled eggs with a burned oil smell and taste. There are not good options. We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Sia is a small and cosy hotel only about 10 minutes walk from great beaches where I highly recommend Palma Beach Club with friendly staff and easy access to the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean. So was the bathroom. Members of the staff were always willing to help. We also enjoyed stylish decor of Sia.

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Breakfast was delicious—the bread, fresh vegetables, and local sweets were all satisfyingly tasty. We've never experienced such a wonderful hotel before.

Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town.
