The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels. We called to request that they be delivered to the room, but they were not delivered until the evening. Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

Beautifully decorated hotel which matches up the 5 star standard. Top notch service and excellent breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. The room was very clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside we had was the room size. 3 adults in a standard room, was a bit crowded. It was our own problems, the room would be perfect for 2.

For those older guest with substantial amount of luggage, the hotel “Various” entrances were not convenient for arriving and departing . The porter don’t seem to be always around. Reception staff did their best but could Hv been abit more experience in finding taxi for guest since the taxi stand is located quite near the hotel.

The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

The suite is ok, but the terrace is small, the cleanliness is not satisfactory, and the breakfast is average, both in variety and quality. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Game of Thrones filming locations in the old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and water was provided. The only thing to note is that you have to remember to read the room number carefully. Otherwise, it's easy to make a mistake just by looking at the number written on the card. The hotel was very clean and classically decorated. The room was large and the bathroom was like new. The bed was really wide and comfortable. This hotel has free parking. The old lady will give you the choice of making breakfast. The hotel fruit is very fresh. The handsome guy at the front desk is very serious and enthusiastic. There is a warm feeling of home.

Our stay at Amphora Garden was great, we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. In a few months this area will be booming. Currently the beach walk is under construction, and there are not many bars and restaurants around.

Free upgrade !! Apartment was clean and we received a free upgrade on arrival from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment. Internet was good but didn’t work at the pool. Breakfast included was amazing. Our only negative would be the rooftop pool staff who rolled their eyes and sighed when we politely asked to have an umbrella put up. Other than that all other hotel staff were approachable and kind!

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi was a plus. The room had a balcony with a drying rack that was convenient for hanging bathing suits and washing some clothes. The staff were all very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel automatically provided an upgrade, and the single room became a triple room, which greatly increased the sense of space. The hygiene is average, and there is still water left in the kettle from the previous user. In addition, the rooftop swimming pool has not yet opened, and the view from outside is average, and you probably can't see the old city.

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

The staff is very friendly, but they only give you one bottle of water per stay, which I find unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The location is very convenient, except for the luggage. On the other hand, they only have two parking spaces on the outskirts of the historic center, which is insufficient. Beautiful Hotel in the  center of town. Very quiet and convenient to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel felt more like a 5 star with all the  amenities  rather than a 4 star.

Fair priced hotel with the vibes and decoration from the 70’s. The town center was at a down the hill walking distance. We took a taxi back, because walking up to the hotel would be very difficult.

Entire hotel could be modernised so it could look cleaner, more modern and welcoming for guests, automated and sustainable. Hotel Zagreb is Yugoslav era heritage hotel. Made in tipical elegant marble, wood and glass style within, and pine forest, beaches and big teraces outside. Very friendly staff and much more than 3 stars. Only reason why its 2 stars is because Croatia's new law obligates min 18 square meters rooms and Zagreb has 17,5 square meter rooms. We didn’t find any available room in vicinity, but they had one, and it was much better then expected. Hotel has 2 stars but the room was updated, so it worth higher rating. Also breakfast had a variety selection. Clean, AC worked great, nice view and very friendly staff.

I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. They are very very kind. We arrived with our motorbikes and they give us the possibility to leave the bags an our helms before the check in to visit the city... breakfast is super! Rooms are good and silent. My husband hurt his hand and they treated him right away. Very nice and kind people.

The accommodation was spotless and had everything one might need, providing a very comfortable stay. Sia is a small and cosy hotel only about 10 minutes walk from great beaches where I highly recommend Palma Beach Club with friendly staff and easy access to the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean. So was the bathroom. Members of the staff were always willing to help. We also enjoyed stylish decor of Sia.

Hotel room was clean and modern, we slept well. We would come back. There was no complementary water in the room, the hotel charged 6 Euro per bottle. We stayed in a room close to the street so it was bit noisy. There is no hotel parking space on offer, think the ******* website shows this wrong. We were able to park in garage nearby. Parking is expensive.

We were very happy to be upgraded to the double suite. Very spacious for three of us. But the layout is a bit strange, probably converted from a residential property. The rooftop is a real plus surprise - the view is fantastic, the pool is so cool. Plus it also has sauna, gym and a jacuzzi - very comprehensive for such a boutique hotel.

For a 4-star hotel, the facilities and food are lacking. This is the first time I've seen a place without a coffee machine. Just put frozen coffee in hot water. Free parking. No height restrictions.

We stayed one night on Sept 26-27 with group of bikers. We liked the amenities and staff was very helpful. We were also happy that there was secure parking for our motorcycles. We recommend the hotel to anyone. We didn’t have dinner there, but there is nice terrace to hove drinks next door.

I recently stayed at Hotel Corner in Split and overall had an amazing experience. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
