Spotless rooms, warm welcome from the owner who shows all her passion in hosting people from all over Europe. Fantastic two day stay! Optimal location for visiting the Plitvice Lakes National Park.

This was a wonderful accommodation, the hostess was incredibly nice, a quiet, clean place, I recommend it if possible, I'll give it 10 ☆

We booked three rooms to rest after a tour at Plitvice lakes since it's close enough to them. The host was so nice, gentle, helpful that we are so sad to leave after only one night. The rooms and the private bathrooms (inside each room) are clean and spacious. The small balcony, where you can relax and see the sunset, adds value to the already beautiful rooms. Lily is a wonderful host, I would have loved to stay longer if I had more time. She told us to feel at home on the first day, and we really did - she took such good care of us during our stay! The environment is very quiet and relaxing, and it is also very convenient for getting to the lakes. Enjoy the breakfast there out on the terrace, it is a very good way to start the day.

We visited years ago and still have wonderful memories of this place. Highly recommend. The room was spotless and we'll equipt and the grounds were lovely as well. Perfect base for exploring nearby areas.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Modern look, separate entrance, bathroom separate from the bedroom, which has a kettle, refrigerator, even coffee and juice. Spacious modern shower room with toiletries and hair dryer. We really liked it here. The hostess is very friendly and welcoming.

Idyll and nature, I live here for you, it is my home! 🖐️

Super friendly host, apartment is spacious and comfortable!

Very clean and cosy place to stay with your family and kids. Hosts are very kind people. The yard is awesome, so green and beautiful.

A cozy apartment in a cabin 10 minutes drive from the lakes. Stipe was such a great host and let us use his kitchen to prepare our dinner. He even got us drunk with his own home-made Schnapps while plugging in some awesome music for us! Thank you Stipe, would definitely be back!

Clean, nice accomodation, very kind and helpful lady. We will return here anytime with pleasure.

We loved it here. The family running it are totally good value people and the place is well equiped and comfortable.

Great accommodation, very comfortable beds, large open living spaces and an easy 15 mins drive to the plitvice lakes

Very friendly host. There is also a bar, supermarket nearby and a restaurant within 3 kms. Ideal place to stay for a day visit to Pltivice lakes national park.

Very warm welcome. Clean Rooms. Helpful Hosts and you'll find everything you need in this apartment.

Great place, just away from the main road. We (4 persons) stayed here for 4 nights and had a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Very friendly owners who welcomed us with homemade cake. The swimming pool was great after walking through Plitvice National Park all day. There's a small market, 1,2 km and a few restaurants and larger markets nearby (by bike/car).

Nice place, but they love their very noisy tractor and lawn mower/ brush cutter a little too much, especially right next to the swimming pool... Otherwise 4 stars.

Wonderful place. Very accommodating.Great for a large or small group. Very close to the park.

Nice place to stay when visiting the national park

Nice place to stay near Plitvice Lakes National Park, about 7 km from Gate no. 1. Quiet and scenic. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Value for money. One must have a car to reach here. I think the owners do arrange a pick up and drop to and from the nearest bus stop if one doesn't have a car.

Great place to stay with nice big and clean rooms at reasonable prices. On arrival we were provided with lots of good tips for our visit of the national park but also for the area around. Good access to the lakes. Highly recommended!

The owner is really Nice lady, who is prepared to help you with visiting Plitvice lakes. Also breakfast was very good. Apartment was wonderful, internet was running all the time! 🙂

Friendly and helpful owners. Spoke English and the three apartments we rented were clean and had air-conditioning.

Lovely place if you want to go to Plitvice natural park. Helena, the owner, is marvelously kind and always helpful. She does some great sweet toasted bread for breakfast!

Its ok place, very Nice people and close to plivitce lake. Had some bugs in the batbroom. Bit noisie rooms but price/ quality is good. Book at them instead of booking

Great place. Very good breakfests. And the best owner, who will give you all the information that you need.

House very clean and cheap. The owners were really kind.

The road to Bubalo has an intimidating feel, but don't feel discouraged! The managers are extremely friendly and helpful, our rooms were very clean and neatly prepared. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely be coming back if we ever stay in the area again!

Good host only thing is far away from any shop

Good hotel, staff was friendly. The road towards the hotel is bad and you should take precautions when driving (deep ruts, dogs that try to bite your car etc) the only other bad part was the questionable cleanliness of the bedsheets as I found dots of human hair in them. This part could use improvement. The rooms are large and there is decent wifi

We slept only one night because of the travel to the sea. The place is very quiet for relax. The owner is very nice, breakfast was very tasty.

Big landscape and green around. Everything as described. If someone only sleeps and eats in a given place, it is enough. Quality not very high. Communication in English is not possible. Owners unattractive

Friendly lovely hosts. I can only recommend

Everything you need to survive is here. Very close to nature with lots of cats and animals all around. From here you can get to NP Plitvice very quickly. A cheap place to stay for 2 nights OK.
