Hotels in Plitvice Lakes

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the lake view was fantastic. It was a shame the whirlpool in the sauna was broken. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my luggage down during checkout, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious, as they took individual orders.

Close to the Lake. Room is big and comfortable. Transportation is available to the bus station.

It's inconvenient to carry your luggage to the bus stop. Contact your hotel and request a hotel shuttle bus. It's free. Asking at the bus stop information desk may also be possible. Show your Plicavicé admission ticket and they'll stamp a one-day extension. Take advantage of it!

Great No ac but was not needed  Would have liked the white noise, it was so quiet Get the breakfast!

Overall, it's pretty good. It has all the necessary facilities, but they are not very good. The hardware is old, the sauna is small, and the swimming pool is also a small corner. For the buffet, it is recommended to go in as soon as the opening time comes, otherwise the options seem to be much less. If you don't want to go to the crowd, you can also eat at the order-based restaurant opposite. There...

The facility is a bit small and old, but there is a free car service at the entrance and stop of Plitvice, and the massage was good. Spa (swimsuit required) and fitness center are available for free use. Plitvice admission ticket can be extended for free on the day of your stay. It was good because it was easy to go when there were no crowds. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

Great experience. Beautiful complex in the middle of nature.

We can not confirm negative appraisals. All employees are super friendly. Also to the other tables. The meal was great and delicious. We also had desert which was great 👍. Thanks a lot!

Very cozy and peaceful place for my stay. All staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable with medieval vibe and cozy decor! I love all the decor in the room and also the restaurant :) Breakfast here is really nice. Eating here with a view full of greens is the perfect way to start the day! You can also do archery and golf here. I would recommend staying here before or after visiting the plitvice...

Lovely hotel village with almost all amenities. Room with jacuzzi, in-house activities like snooker, archery, mini-golf, football, dartboard room etc etc. gym needs to refresh as most of machines not working but honestly not required. Morning walk around national forest provides tremendous experience and view. restaurant is also nice including local food. important: it’s just next to entrance to national...

The air-conditioning was broken in our room and it was hot, in the middle of summer. Even if we opened the window it was still 25C in the room! They gave us a fan but didn't do much to help in terms of comfort.

Great location outside the unadvertised, third park gate. Make sure you have tickets as none are sold at this entrance! Staff were super friendly and super helpful and provided us an itinerary for the two days we were there. Lots of things to do in the hotel. One of our party is vegan and they were catered for there; however, it would be nice to see some vegan options on the menu as the restaurant...

It was a very satisfying hotel. The location is near Plitvice Lake Park, so it's easy to walk there. The staff were so kind that I felt really good from the moment I checked in. The room condition was clean. It's made of wood, so it doesn't feel modern, but it matches the place perfectly. Fortunately, it was on the first floor, so it was easy to move luggage, but if it's on the second floor, there...

Lakeside Hotel Plitvice offers a great location with spacious, well-equipped rooms and attention to detail throughout. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure facilities including table tennis, darts, and billiards, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also features many cozy corners ideal for quality time, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. What I didn’t like was the restaurant...

Room that we got was very comfortable, very cozy, the first one that we booked was under repairs so upon our check in, a really friendly reception named Anes introduced us to our new room with the hydromassage tub. The staff is doing their best, they will do everything in their power to indulge your wishes. Location of the hotel is so near entrance no.3 of Plitvička jezera national park,so it's really...

The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was delicious. My recommendation is to update the rooms and facilities to match the quality of service your employees give. They aren’t bad just old. Lots of dusk and cob webs. But great location for park!

As part of bus tour, we stayed here for 2 nights in cottage 6, room 4. Each cottage seems to have about 10 rooms and ours was 3rd floor but young staff did deliver and collect bags to and from our door. Whole place seems run down but there was nothing wrong with our room in terms of cleanliness and maintenance nor the common dining areas. Our room was all nice timber and came with air con, T.V. ,...

We were travelling with a group & stayed at this great resort. Food was fabulous with the breakfast spread being a stand out. Staff were super friendly. Our room in one of the chalets was comfortable ( 15 steps up to the room was a bit daunting after walking around the Plitvice lakes for 2 1/2 hours - but staff carried bags up & down for us.). A great experience

The most amazing, serene location. Nature sounds everywhere, wonderful places to sit and enjoy, the restaurant was great too. It feels like truly being in nature, and super easy access to Plitvice Lakes park. The reception will guide you easily into how to make a great experience out of the park.

One star less than 5 stars is just for narrow forest road that leads to the village. Otherwise, place is perfect for nature lovers. In the pristine nature in one of the most beautiful places of Croatia, staying here is privilege whenever you come: from snowy winter to hot summer. Houses are nice, wooden, comfortable and clean. Food is traditional and tasty. Lot of other interesting activities in 1...

We have such a great time here. Nice location the reception is very helpful. Especially raiyanur ,krezzia from reception they are very helpful, very kind maybe I will come again ,……………………😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😀😍😀

Marvellous place, at a stone s throw from the lakes. Charming wooden houses, warm and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Ideal accommodation for families with a number of activities including a petting farm. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside, the food was slightly on the expensive side. Otherwise, a magical experience!

This place was better than the photos! I picked it because we planned on hiking Plitvice the following morning. The proximity was great, but the room & the staff were even better. I’d totally recommend Villa Knezevic if you’re in the area.

Great accommodation!!! Delicious breakfast and all the stuff are nice and friendly The hotel is 20 mins away from the entrance 2 We had a very good time there😊

We stayed overnight after seeing the lakes, the room was great. It's freshly renovated, modern and comfortable. Beds were cozy, fresh sheets and towels. Just opposite of it is a pizzeria I truly recommend. We didn't order breakfast but it is available for the price of 12€. If you are looking for a stay near the lakes I fully recommend this stay.

Comfortable room, although a bit small, good bed, decent wifi, very friendly and helpful staff. Small village with only one option for dinner, across the road. A short walk to the park. I arrived before room was ready and was able to leave my bags for the day while I went off and did the national park

Very quiet place. Lots of parking space inside. Nice rooms. Lovely staff that preapered takeaway breakfast even though we didn't have the breakfast included. There is Italian restaurant just in front with amazing pizzas.

Stayed here 2 nights. Lovely relatively new villa which is only about 20 minutes walk away from Entrance 2 to Plitvice Lakes National Park - our reason for staying here. Rooms are a little small but more than adequate. A small fridge acts as a bedside table so the intermittent noise may annoy light sleepers. The towels are changed daily which I think is overkill in these environmentally aware...

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, super comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Plitvice Lakes. The food was absolutely incredible, homemade with fresh local ingredients — every dish was delicious! And the host was so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything we need. Thank you for letting us taste your alcohol. Such a charming...

I enjoyed the jaccuji. Quiet room with bathroom inside. Supermarket nearby with 20 minutes by walking.

A wonderful, quiet and very comfortable place to visit the Plitvice Lakes or simply to relax in the regional park! Excellent and clean room: new, comfortable and cozy. A private, cozy sauna upon reservation and an amazing warm outdoor jacuzzi. I especially want to thank Asmir, who sincerely welcomed us, showed and explained everything, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. It felt like...

The room was clean and very comfortable.

Upon entering, a very warm welcome. Fine facilities such as jacuzzi and sauna that you may use. If you have the room for 2 people, however, in the shower is room for 1 person. Otherwise super nice and nice people. Close by a supermarket and a 15 min walk to the entrance of the plitvice park.

The quaint family run business is awesome. Our stay was quite relaxing. Bring cash for food and drinks. The hosts were very knowledgeable and friendly. The stay was comfortable with a full bar, breakfast and dinner. The dinner was locally sourced with a nice variety on the 4 course meal. Fresh bread made daily tasted divine. Breakfast was made to order and very simple. There were a lot of choices....

Clean quiet generous gorgeous what more can I say ? Wow. Daniella welcomes you, gives good advice for seeing the Park, makes incredible food and makes you feel at home.

Comfortable, 5 mins from entrance 3 national park, good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, and they have lovely dog called Bobby.

The Pansion Breza exceeded our expectations. We spent two nights here, arriving late afternoon after a long drive - with an hour to spare before (the optional) dinner was served. Serving size was extremely generous, especially for the grilled meat choice. The two dinners and (included) breakfasts were excellent. There was enough sliced meat and cheese plus bread at breakfast to pack two small lunches...

Super good food, fresh and homemade. Very friendly family. We went there 2 days in a row because it was so delicious.

Absolutely loved this place! Stayed just one night in July, but wish we'd stayed longer. Great location if you want to enter the park through auxiliary entrance 3. Family owned and run, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing with plenty of space and a nice bathroom too. There are beautiful grounds with chairs to sit and relax and there is a dining area with the option to purchase...

Pretty, clean, lovely property. Quiet room with the basic amenities, very close to the parks. The real gem here was the dinner we were served - it was fabulous, easy, and delicious! Would come back here for the dinner if we ever came back to the park. Note that breakfasts are not included and are quite expensive. The trip here is a little treacherous if you are driving yourself, be careful as your...

The hosts where very helpful, took luggage to your room.If you need anything, they will try and help.We had a problem with the water pressure, couldn't have a shower for a few days.It wasn't the hotel ,it was all over the village. The food in their restaurant was excellent. The room was very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The place is cozy, clean, and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and always helpful, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Great location and warm atmosphere.

Absolutely an enjoyable place to stay! We only booked it as a quick sleepover on our way to Split, but honestly, I wish we had stayed for a few days. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful nature, and it feels perfect for unwinding after visiting Plitvice Lakes. Very clean, cosy, and welcoming — a spot I’d gladly come back to for a longer stay.

The host family welcomed us very warmly. We had a beautiful double room with a double bed in each of them. The location was very convenient as it was near the waterfalls. The guesthouse offers food in the morning as well as in the evening. It's a pure relaxation place. If we pass by this region again, this would be the first place we'd look for.

Very comfy and clean. Harry is a friendly host. We were a bit surprised by the price of the food.

I have just left this place and it was amazing. It is a small business so everything feels like home, a cozy environment. The staff is so kind and they are always there for you. You can ask them about anything and for anything. The rooms' decor fits perfectly the nature outside. The place was spacious, the bed is comfortable and my guilty pleasure was the balcony. You will have everything you...

Missing them!! We have left Villa Nena this morning... It was like being in an other time! Nature...and just home made food... Inside Plitvice park! That's the best and unique place you can chase if you really wanna be in contact with this amazing place.

The best location to stay in Plitvici National Park, it's not a 4 star or 5 star accommodation but the location itself with a private owned mini falls and river by Nena where you can relax, picnic, grill and swim/bath is totally awesome and morethan a 3 star experience which I think the only accommodation inside the national park that have a minifalls and river where you can relax and enjoy during...

Damian and Nena are both excellent hosts and made me feel very welcomr, picked me up from bus station, cooked lovely meals and gave me tips on where to go. The surrounding area is beautiful, great place for an adventure in the jungle and to hang by the waterfalls. One day is enough for the park and then spend the others in the wild. Thanks very much guys

The house is cared for by Nena (who also does the cooking) and Damian, who is not in charge of, but does make you feel like home. My stay was short, since my friend and I thought one day was enough to experience the Plitvice lakes, however there is a whole lot to see in the park, being so big with quite a diversity of landscapes. Still Damian made sure we got the best out of the park in the time we...

Beautiful location near the big waterfall and a superb host and his lovely mom who will cook dinner for you. If you wanna unstress this is the perfect Palace far from people and traffic and malls

A quirky hidden gem. Stay on a farm with cats dogs and sheep. You're actually staying within the national park itself, with a lovely friendly host. You can walk a few minutes from the house to find a hidden track to see postcard perfect views of the Plitvice lakes from above.

Great experience. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean and spacious.. the Bathrooms were modern. We had a balcony with views to the forest. We walked right from the hotel into the National park and walked the Lake and the waterfalls. The service and food was great. We had Breakfast and dinner at the lodge, great wine. We didn't have to get back into the car until we left..Perfect.

Newly renovated, beautiful apartment in a pictures setting and amazing hosts. Had a great stay, highly recommend it!

Would highly recommend this place to stay as your base for the lakes. Very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. Nice rooms in attractive chalet style hotel. Lovely cosy traditional restaurant for delicious 3 course evening meal with choice of BBQ mixed meat or local trout or vegetarian, homemade soup and cake. Very short stroll to get into Plitvice national park.

The greatest advantage of the lodge is the short five minute walk to Entrance 3. there is also a walk back along the road that provides some superb views of the large waterfall from above. Entrance 3 allows you to avoid the big queues and the crowding at the other entrances. It also provides options - either the exploring the lower falls or taking the boat up to entrance 2 or even walking around the...

We just came across this by chance as we were walking past and the owner encouraged us to come for dinner so we did. We did not retreat it!! WOW is you want a true home cooked and authentic Croatian meal this is a must. The owner’s hospitality is very welcoming and the meal is very generous. It is a set menu of either mixed grill or fish. We had the mixed grill and it was beautiful. The appetiser first...

Quiet place, close to bus stop, 25 mins walk to park entrance2.. I had very comfortable stay after hiking in the park.

Amazing time Nicest host ever, extremely close to the National Park. Wonderful property in a gorgeous area. Absolutely stay here!

I absolutely loved this place! It was so, so cozy and comfortable. Our host, Neb, was so kind and thoughtful in every aspect. I received tips on bus stops before coming, as well as recommended trails, restaurant locations, and umbrellas in case of rain! Everything was so thought out to give an easy, and pleasant stay from the moment I booked. I would definitely come back again!

The host is friendly, the room is clean, and it is close to the bus stop. You can also walk to Plitvice Lakes. It takes about 20 minutes, but men can arrive even faster, and the path is beautiful, so it is not tiring.

Really enjoyed this stay. Great location to visit plitvice lakes national Park. Short and pretty wall to the park. The room was very nice and out host was very attentive and helpful while we were there. Highly recommend.

The guesthouse was very clean and located next to a pizzeria which was very convenient. It is also located not too far away from a small village with a supermarket which is great. The host was very welcoming and friendly, giving helpful & knowledgeable suggestions regarding the routes for Plitvice national park and the bus stops. Overall, our stay was amazing, at night you could sit outside the accommodation...

Clean, spacious, and convenient. About 20 minutes walk to park entrance and 5 minutes walk from Mukinje bus station. Good water pressure. Easy safe luggage storage. Nearby grocery store and restaurant.

Lovely guesthouse, ample parking, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, newer bathrooms, the owner is very helpful with the local area. Next door is a nice cafe that has good food.

Nice location and extremely friendly landlord. Really nice room feel like home, close to entrance 2 of the national park. Only need 4-5mins by driving.

Nice and well -situated resort around the Plytvicka lakes. There is parking, the rooms are not large, as it is enough to overnight. Everything is pure and well prepared. The landlord waited for us, he explained all the information to us. He navigated us on individual options in the neighborhood. The pension is also a pizzeria. It was a positive experience, we will certainly come back here. The room...

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. 20 minutes walk through the woods took us to thr park entrance, avoiding any parking costs or issues. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the host was exceptionally helpful in planning our time at the park. Thankyou!
