The staff were friendly, the location was great, and the lake view was fantastic. It was a shame the whirlpool in the sauna was broken. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my luggage down during checkout, but everything else was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious, as they took individual orders.

Close to the Lake. Room is big and comfortable. Transportation is available to the bus station.

It's inconvenient to carry your luggage to the bus stop. Contact your hotel and request a hotel shuttle bus. It's free. Asking at the bus stop information desk may also be possible. Show your Plicavicé admission ticket and they'll stamp a one-day extension. Take advantage of it!

Great No ac but was not needed  Would have liked the white noise, it was so quiet Get the breakfast! 

Overall, it's pretty good. It has all the necessary facilities, but they are not very good. The hardware is old, the sauna is small, and the swimming pool is also a small corner. For the buffet, it is recommended to go in as soon as the opening time comes, otherwise the options seem to be much less. The facility is a bit small and old, but there is a free car service at the entrance and stop of Plitvice, and the massage was good. Spa (swimsuit required) and fitness center are available for free use. Plitvice admission ticket can be extended for free on the day of your stay. It was good because it was easy to go when there were no crowds. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

The air-conditioning was broken in our room and it was hot, in the middle of summer. Even if we opened the window it was still 25C in the room! They gave us a fan but didn't do much to help in terms of comfort.

Great location outside the unadvertised, third park gate. Make sure you have tickets as none are sold at this entrance! The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was delicious. My recommendation is to update the rooms and facilities to match the quality of service your employees give. They aren’t bad just old. Lots of dusk and cob webs. But great location for park!

Villa Mukinja is beautiful place to rent to be really close to Plitvickie Lakes entrance 2 (around 18minutes walk). There is shop nearby, that you can do groceries. A Small villa with 6 cozy and spacious rooms and a beautiful and very friendly host Helena. She lives with her folks and takes care of her guest's like family. We had an amazing time here as we were free to move around and use the kitchen in her office for small uses. As part of bus tour, we stayed here for 2 nights in cottage 6, room 4. Each cottage seems to have about 10 rooms and ours was 3rd floor but young staff did deliver and collect bags to and from our door. We were travelling with a group & stayed at this great resort. Food was fabulous with the breakfast spread being a stand out. Staff were super friendly. Our room in one of the chalets was comfortable ( 15 steps up to the room was a bit daunting after walking around the Plitvice lakes for 2 1/2 hours - but staff carried bags up & down for us.). Marvellous place, at a stone s throw from the lakes. Charming wooden houses, warm and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Ideal accommodation for families with a number of activities including a petting farm. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside, the food was slightly on the expensive side. Otherwise, a magical experience!

The property is very close to the National Park and it's easy to enter the park from the Hotel. There are nice walking paths.

Perfect hotel right in the park. Beautiful place to stay to visit the lakes. From check in to having beers with Mirela and Gordana were very friendly and professional. The waterfalls in the parks are worth a visit to see. There are upper and lower lakes we did the whole park in one day absolutely gorgeous

Clean place but except a bed and shower it doesn't offer you anything else. You can'teven make yourself a coffee, to get something to eat or drink you have to walk at least 10 minutes to the closest coffee bar. The kettle in our room was dirty, probably the previous guest had heated milk in it. A microwave in the main hall and a coffee machine would add a lot of confort to the stay.

We stayed there in June. It was nice stay. Apartment having a garden area full of big rose plants.Owner lady was very helpful, she guided us for the short route to reach to Plitvice National Park. As it was so rainy for whole week she herself said us that her father will drop us to Plitvice National Park in their car. The host is extremly friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips about the National Park and the village Mukinje, where to eat where is the grocery ect. The Pansion Breza exceeded our expectations. We spent two nights here, arriving late afternoon after a long drive - with an hour to spare before (the optional) dinner was served. Beautiful place within a short walk of the park, ideal location to stay for a night or two when you are in the area. Excellent value for rooms, dinner was a little expensive but it's tasty and preferable to driving to town just to save €10. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Recomendation for everybody who plan to go to Plitvice. It is on the best place in whole natural park, close to all the lakes. The property was very clean and spacious.. the Bathrooms were modern. We had a balcony with views to the forest. Stayed in the new cottage that was still being furnished. No meals available here except breakfast. We went to the owners house(10 minutes away) for dinner which is actally the main area of the hotel with more rooms . Not safe to walk at night. Damian and Nena are both excellent hosts and made me feel very welcomr, picked me up from bus station, cooked lovely meals and gave me tips on where to go. A quirky hidden gem. Stay on a farm with cats dogs and sheep. You're actually staying within the national park itself, with a lovely friendly host. You can walk a few minutes from the house to find a hidden track to see postcard perfect views of the Plitvice lakes from above.
