Location is very convenient within the plitvice lakes national park at entrance 2. The bus stop and bus ticket office are a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and the ticket office for the park 5 minutes down the road. Front desk staff were very helpful, answered questions and assisted with online bus ticket purchase and printing of our bus ticket! They have luggage storage, so you can enjoy the park before...

Definitely a two star hotel, however, a very well run and clean one. It's location is fantastic, right beside the national park. They allow dogs which was a big plus for us and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included too and pretty good. Rooms are basic and very 80s which I liked after recently watching stranger things. I'd recommend.

I would rate the room as a 2 star. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is beautiful. Our room was very out of date and the bathroom was clean but so old and poorly designed. You also get a second day in the park for free which was a good deal. Comfy bed. Prime for exploring the lakes.

Perfect, full dog friendly place for discovering beauties of the P!itvice pearl. Much better looking than expected for 2 star hotel. Good solution for cheap morning breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, just 5 minutes walk from the second entrance to the park. This entrance is usually less crowded than the first one. Price versus quality ratio is just right. Room is clean but the bathroom is quite old. The walls are pretty thin so we can hear people talking outside, walking along the hall or even footsteps from the floor above. Breakfast is ok.

This is the place to stay if you visit Plitvice Lakes National Park! I took a Bus from Zadar and the Bus Stop was right above Hotel Plitvice;such a perfect Location! The customer service provided by Lorena was SUPERB! She made sure that my experience in Plitvice was extraordinary AND she assisted me with my travel plans to my next destination! Perfect hotel right in the park. Beautiful place to stay to visit the lakes. From check in to having beers with Mirela and Gordana were very friendly and professional. The waterfalls in the parks are worth a visit to see. There are upper and lower lakes we did the whole park in one day absolutely gorgeous

Given the mixed reviews, I was a bit apprehensive when booking this hotel. However, given its location, cleanliness, service and price, I found the hotel to be of excellent value. It's inconvenient to carry your luggage to the bus stop. Contact your hotel and request a hotel shuttle bus. It's free. Asking at the bus stop information desk may also be possible. Show your Plicavicé admission ticket and they'll stamp a one-day extension. Take advantage of it!

Overall, it's pretty good. It has all the necessary facilities, but they are not very good. The hardware is old, the sauna is small, and the swimming pool is also a small corner. The facility is a bit small and old, but there is a free car service at the entrance and stop of Plitvice, and the massage was good. Spa (swimsuit required) and fitness center are available for free use. Plitvice admission ticket can be extended for free on the day of your stay. It was good because it was easy to go when there were no crowds. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

The hotel is very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park entrance 2. But it is far from anything else. There is no kettle and air conditioner in the room. The only hot water provided by the hotel is very dirty in which it has full of floating 2mm sized snowflake like sediment dust. We were travelling with a group & stayed at this great resort. Food was fabulous with the breakfast spread being a stand out. Staff were super friendly. Our room in one of the chalets was comfortable ( 15 steps up to the room was a bit daunting after walking around the Plitvice lakes for 2 1/2 hours - but staff carried bags up & down for us.). The most amazing, serene location. Nature sounds everywhere, wonderful places to sit and enjoy, the restaurant was great too. It feels like truly being in nature, and super easy access to Plitvice Lakes park. The reception will guide you easily into how to make a great experience out of the park.

Marvellous place, at a stone s throw from the lakes. Charming wooden houses, warm and friendly staff. Very welcoming. Ideal accommodation for families with a number of activities including a petting farm. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside, the food was slightly on the expensive side. Otherwise, a magical experience!

The cabins were clean and the staff was nice. Sound isolation was a little bad you could hear everything from other rooms but thats ok. The decor was on point and the animals were a very nice addition.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the standard it offers. The equipment is very old and therefore not maintained. I think a few years ago it was a top establishment. The owners had to forget the investments to be made for maintenance and focus on profitability. It's a shame considering the price of the rooms. The Pansion Breza exceeded our expectations. We spent two nights here, arriving late afternoon after a long drive - with an hour to spare before (the optional) dinner was served. Beautiful place within a short walk of the park, ideal location to stay for a night or two when you are in the area. Excellent value for rooms, dinner was a little expensive but it's tasty and preferable to driving to town just to save €10. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Recomendation for everybody who plan to go to Plitvice. It is on the best place in whole natural park, close to all the lakes. You will feel like home, with extra home made food, very kind hosts, beautifull apartments, nature all around, playground for kids...... And much much more. Go there, and you will not regret

Delicious, but surprisingly expensive. I didn’t stay there, so maybe people who do get a better deal on dinner. Service was good, food was delicious, but I was really surprised when I got the bill. The cost was more than fancy seafood dinners I had in Split, with very good wine and espresso. Very good, but more than twice the price expected.

We stayed in this for one night, room is comfortable and space is enough, room rate is acceptable but not cheap. Owner is very welcoming to all the guest. I super recommend their dinner no matter grilled meat or fish, even bread is also great. Very delicious and less expensive!

The B&B is one of the closest to entrance 3 and makes getting around the park super easy. Staff were helpful with maps and what to do in the park. The rooms were spacious and the nearest restaurant was a 5 min walk away. They also have a small parking lot.

Ethno Houses in Plitvice are veey amazing place to stay especially during Christmas time. Friendly and charismatic staff and plenty of things to do with kids. Great Buffet Breakfast. Rooms are clean, spacious with amazing views. All was great Thank you very much. Worth a visit.

It is very clean and has a lovely Bavarian theme. The rooms are pretty and beds are comfortable. The restaurant on-site is good and it is very close to the park entrance. Air conditioner does not work well and there is no fan. The room was very hot and it’s only May. They also only take Kuna which requires preplanning.

I had so nice and wonderful experiences in "house isvor". Wonderful dinner which is made by the host and very delicious breakfast. We ate two night dinner and it is very very satified. Stayed in the new cottage that was still being furnished. No meals available here except breakfast. We went to the owners house(10 minutes away) for dinner which is actally the main area of the hotel with more rooms . Not safe to walk at night. Better to drive there for breakfast too as they are better organised.

There was a lot of parking space. The house is lovely and cozy, on the quiet beautiful place. We had balcony with lovely view. Owner of the house - very friendly lady. There was only one unpleasant thing - bugs in the wooden ceiling. At the day and at the night - you can hear scratching from the top. It even can be trouble to sleep there.
