Hotels in Medulin

What can I say? The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are friendly and super kind. Super-abundant breakfasts (try the omelets) and excellent dinners, especially the pizza. Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient.

Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age and needs renovation. The exterior also needs some updating. The food was good, and everything was served by friendly staff.

Room relatively small, once the bed was made the other time it was just pretended. Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

Clean, comfy room, good breakfast and dinner, but drinks are not included, free parking in September, friendly receptionist and girls in restaurant. For 1 night with kids is very good.

Have just returned from a lovely 2 weeks at this hotel. This is our 3rd visit to medulin having stayed twice at the TUI blue next door. This was our first visit to this hotel and we both said we preferred this hotel and would definitely return . Our room was ready on arrival. We stay at Ai Pinia apartment. Apartment is large, spacious. Terrace is huge. Quiet place, a lot of play ground around apartments, huge parking space behind fence. Sponge and dish washing detergent was provided. Highly recommended. I forgot hand watch in apartment, kindly staff delivered to reception and later they sent to my home address. Priceless!

Nice and friendly staff, they’re all very kind. The hotel itself could use little renovation, carpets are old and dated. Also they could put as information that the hotel pool is for non swimmers. The food was good. I was happy to see that they had many options for vegetarians. But overall very good.

Location excellent, breakfast and evening meal both very good . Rooms facing the pool were ok , and the staff service was exemplary.. it had an air of maybe seeing better days in the past , and extremely quiet, but for our night touring the coast it fit the brief .

Overall, it's a very good hotel, the rooms could use renovation, but otherwise they are fine. The mattress in the room should be changed more often, because it was quite worn. The attitude of the staff is excellent, they are very kind and helpful. The food is very tasty and varied. I would like to point out that every evening there was some kind of entertainment program. The beach is close to the hotel...

For us it was a pleasant suprise! We didn't plan ahead, just go! Ai Pini has everything you need and more - clean apartment, all the utilities, big terase, close to beach, quiet, comfortable bed, fridge, fresh towels (it belongs to hotel Arena Holiday) and so on. We are definitely coming back! 🤗

Comfortable and clean stay, very close to the beach and all the essentials. Secured parking inside the resort. Definitely good value for money.

We spent 5 days at apartment with children at ages 4 and 7. Everything was according to description we read on host's guides. Location is very good, close to centre and beach. Very nice and clean apartments. Great for family holidays. Relatively close to the beach. Guests from apartments are allowed to visit swimming pool at the close hotel.

Great 10 days stay at Ai Pini apartments. Check in is at the hotel Arena, 1000m walk (if you have problems with card during night, you have to go there, during day, every problem is solved by Ai Pini crew, only have to call to reception. Aparments are very clean, enough space, big balcony. Changing of sheets and towels once after 3 days :-) Parking 5-50 meters from doors. Outside lot of space for football...

Very comfortable and clean apartement about 5 minutes from the beach and promenade. A grovery shop is also about 10 minutes walking. There is also a playground in the area.

Perfect position and friendly staff. Breakfast is one of their value. The room I had was dark and a bit old style, not too big (for the price paid the room I would expect something better, I guess the room upstairs were better and with more natural light). Overall I suggest the place, just ask not to be placed at the ground floor room.

A very nice, clean and confortable place in the Medulin center. The owner is very friendly, they serve great breakfast, have their own swimming pool, parking space is next to the building etc... I would suggest staying here to everyone.

Really nice stay, the staff was well taken care of us. The rooms are clean, big, the bed really confortable. I really recommend this place for couples who wants to explore medulin and its areas, especially with a bike that you can rent just near by the hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel. X

Located within a walking distance from the sea this hotel has a good location. They have enough parking space so you can park your car in the evening, and in the morning after a lovely breakfast and a light swim in the pool that sits so well in the back yard, you can take your car and go tuouring the sea side that is amazing in Istra. The stay wouldnt be so pleasent if the staff was not so... well...
