Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und fragt täglich ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt.

Der pool und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Temperatur und die Größe von Pool var optimal. Unsere Kinder haben es einfach gefeiert. Für uns war Privatsphäre sehr wichtig was bei dieser Einrichtung super geklappt hat. Man hat fast alles was man braucht. Von Tennisschlägern bis Bälle und co. Sehr viele Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt was toll war. Falls ein Problem war hat der Gastgeber sehr schnell reagiert. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber immer wieder gerne.

Took a week of vacation there with 9 other friends.
The location is very pleasant for times you want to chill and have your privacy.
Location:
Even though the house is located next to a road, the traffic noise is noticeable but not distracting.
You have a small market close to your house. However, we preferred to drive to the mall in Sibenik as it has a lot more variety and is only a couple of minutes away.
House:
Very clean, new and stylish interior, a couple of TV's, nice kitchen with all the tools you need, 4 bathrooms with toilets, 5 bedrooms with either 3x queen-sized beds or 2x 2-single beds.
Garden/Pool:
Big and cozy garden with multiple places for chilling. The pool is large enough to fit 10 people comfortably and is also nice to take a small swim.
There are a couple of activities to do such as table tennis or playing ball, both of which provided by the house.
Host:
Grgica is a funny and kind Croatian. He also speaks English, so we were able to ask him for some local recommendations concerning food and activities. All of them were very nice!
In general, he was a very helping and nice host.
Also, he came by to clean the pool in the mornings, which also is a kind gesture of his.
Overall, it is a very nice location to chill with some friends or family.
Everything can be reached with a couple of minutes, and you have the benefit of being away from all the usual vacationers.
Would love to stay there again some day!

A great apartment. An ideal starting point to explore the area. Very nice owner. The pool is not too big but can do it.
