Much recommended. The place and facilities are amazing, the staff are really nice but a bit slow. Location is a bit far from the center so it’s nice to have a car, but there’s everything in the hotel so not much needed.

Now unlike the other reviews my stay wasn't too bad. The apartment was pretty nice and spacious and looked clean. My only real problem was the manager, a man named Afnan who was overly friendly to the point of unprofessionalism and at times creepiness. Visited this lovely family run restaurant for the 1st time. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant (especially if you like fish and seafood). This restaurant will now be on our regular venues to visit.

We had such a fantastic stay at West End Hotel. We had planned on staying here for three days, but ended up here for seven days partially because of how beautiful and serene the area is, but largely due to the friendliness and hospitality of the owners. Stayed as a day guest due to late flight. The room was very clean and spacious. Big enough for a decent holiday period. In a central location not far from shops and restaurants. Only used restaurant for drinks, staff were very efficient and friendly. Would stay again.

Petsas Apartments is a great find. Petsas is a family run business catering for all needs. We have been coming every year for the last eight years to relax and enjoy a break. Fantastic staff flight delayed 7 hours in Basel e mailed them asking if they could leave keys in door as the flight had been delayed arrived 4.45 am and note in notice board telling us what room we were in etc even though we hadn’t paid,room was clean and bed was lovely and fresh smelling all we needed after nightmare flight.

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, where the children can play as much as they want. The hotel room is also quite large, with a sofa bed that can accommodate our family of four!

Rented a one bed apartment to cover a few hours between checking out of our villa and airport transfer. The apartment was a good size and really clean and modern, perfect for what we needed. Staff all really helpful, grabbed a bit of lunch by the pool, and able to make the last day usable!

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends who live in Cyprus for his 70th. Being out of season it was very cold, but there was a nice wood burner in the lounge/bar that was very nice. The apartment was amazing, very clean and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We will certainly be coming back. The staff are very helpful and friendly

I would like to thank the welcome we had, we did not have accommodation for our first night due to a lot of adventures, and the manager accepted us even though it was already 8 p.m. The lady at reception welcomed us more than warmly, she was available, smiling and very understanding. too bad we had to leave the next morning and not have been able to use the swimming pool.

5th time to the Ascos. Comfortable and clean..more than enough choice of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Not too busy and weather was 27° entertainment was not great but we didn't go for that .Close to the main drag of coral beach. Hotel is looking very tired and needs some money spent on it. The food was great and the location is brilliant. The entertainment team was only one person due to the time of year and the hotel closing for winter, however Max was always friendly and helpful, always making the time to talk to us, she helped make our holiday so memorable.

Had a great holiday. Weather has been amazing with highs of 27. Food seems like it’s served all day and lots to choose from as well. We were there 10 days and never got bored with food. Rooms basic, but clean. 5 min walk to restaurants and bars. 20-15 min walk to the beautiful coral beach, soft sand and two beds and a parasol only € 7.50 Also regular buses to the harbour and pathos town centre.

The hotel went into receivership today 6th March. I would say during my stay (2days to go ) the staff have been very helpful such a shame they lose jobs on Monday. The hotel is / was run down and needs a lot of money spent on it....its also a 50 min walk into coral bay if you don't have a car.

I feel as someone staying currently I need to leave a review. I saw the pictures amd thought this place looked amazing and couldn't believe the price I paid. Admittedly feb half term is cheap compared to most. I then looked up the facilities almost a year after booking and saw the hotel rated itself as 4* and the reviews were terrible. It's a beach resort. I January only the indoor pool was working. I found 3 piece of ants in the room, however it was well equiped and cozy.

Friendly staff, we had all inclusive,the food was always nice and they keep replenishing it. The water park its ideal if you have kids. There is also access to the sea from the hotel which is nice. Just back from a week at the Aquasol Village. We all had a great time and were lucky to get an inland view apartment approx 1min walk to bar and buffet and another minute to the water park. Very clean and staff worn hard the food is a real let down. As a really unfussy eater even I was pushed to find somthing I enjoyed. You could argue this was reflected in the price bit still the worst all inclusive I have had.

Clean hotel and good pool area , a short walk from local bars, restaurants and shops. only 4 stars but would be more like 4.5 stars. Would have been 5 as the dinner buffet was not as good as the lunch time other than that was a good stay.

This place is easy to get to by public transportation from the airport (the bus is 1 Euro or 6 something for a day pass). It's in a calm, quiet location with a 24-hr convenience store nearby. We needed a cheap place that had same-day reservations, so this is what we ended up getting. We were not on the harbor or in other overly-touristy locations, so there was peace and quiet and we had the beach...

Just come back from a fantastic week at this Hotel . We had a lovely time. Overall this is a lovely hotel with fabulous views of the sea. We had a one bedroom apartment with a sea view, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped (could have done with a new kettle, it was clearly old and crusty inside). Just returned from 2 week stay. What a gem of a hotel. Small and intimate. Staff all lovely especially Kirsty on the pool bar. Very clean apartments. The hotel is located in a very remote area, so there’s really nothing interesting within walking distance. On the other hand, buses run every 15–20 minutes, which makes it easier to get around and explore nearby towns. The description says the hotel is only 150 meters from the beach — technically true, but that doesn’t include the cliffs you have to go down. The beach itself is gravel, not sand, so...

Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel. Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. You can upgrade to AI at the hotel but I recommend you go out. Breakfast was the usual choices. Hotel sits in a nice cove with access to the sea. Big swimming pool and lots of loungers. Great location top hospitality panoramic view

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. It’s always clean, staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. Location wise, a car would be ideal otherwise you’ll spend money in taxis to get around. It’s roughly a 10 minute drive to Coral Bay and 10 minute drive to the harbour. The hotel now has a Padel court, and the gym has enough in it to do a decent workout.

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast. We had a Perfect break. Lovely hotel. Stunning beach view. The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. We stayed in room 208. Arrived quite late. Perfect hotel.. we wanted relaxation and recharge. We certainly got that. Was only about half full which I loved. The staff look after you so well. Everyone cares and are so helpful. Plenty of sunbeds. Food brilliant. I booked a massage too which was amazing.

The apartment was fine, we were on the first floor. Adequate size, nice view, comfortable beds, daily cleaning. The gym is 40 years old, there is no air conditioning, but you can work out. We didn't order breakfast because we didn't feel like it. The shower barely runs, it takes a long time. There is no microwave or coffee maker. You have to pay for the shuttle bus and the sunbeds. I would class Helios as a good mid price apart-hotel. A little tired in places perhaps but nothing to get upset about. Stayed for 10 days, such a lovely hotel. Views are beautiful. 2 mins down the path to sandy beach with beach bar and loungers. All staff were lovely from our extremely late night night check in guy, cleaners, bar staff, owners and the maintenance guy who offered to help with my case on check out. Had a good stay. We were allocated one bed apartment side sea view. Room was very clean and comfortable. Air con worked a treat. Well equipped kitchen although only used the kettle and fridge. This hotel is picture perfect! There is so much to do an explore in this hotel that it keeps you going for a week alone!
