A great place to stay during January when weather in Paphos is changeable. Rooms very comfy, rooms nice and warm on milder days. Food very good and varied. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel, great service and very clean. Small pool for children is really convenient for families with children. Very close to the beach.

Some details in the room made the hotel look older than it actually was. The lighting in the rooms was not warm , which made the entire space feel a little bit cold. It will be better if they put warm lighting.

This was our first stay at the Louis Paphos Breeze hopefully not our last . I was reluctant to go with the troubles and with what I was hearing on the media as some airlines were cancelling flights a couple of days before we flew even on the day we departed (4th March) but Jet2 still went ahead . The stay here was pleasant. The staff is exceptionally kind. The room was clean and the whole areal is overall good maintained with a little tlc needed here and there. The backpool is more quite than the large main pool and there is a big grassy sunbed area where you can enjoy the seaview. The main pool has music and aqua gymnastics during the day and hotel activities in the evening.

If you’re looking for a luxury getaway, I would advise to avoid this hotel. This is not a four star hotel by any means - I’m not sure how it’s even received the positive ratings it has. Amazing hospitality and service! We were made to feel very welcome and we were so grateful to the little treats throughout our stay. I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. Words cannot express what a beautiful place this is, immaculate apartment beautiful surroundings, close to grocery, quiet safe beautiful area. Management and staff are lovely nothing is too much, worth penny will be returning next year. Highly highly recommend.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

We had a ground floor apartment without much of a view but it had a large terrace and the apartment itself was very spacious and clean (cleaners visit every day). Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend. Stayed in room 111 The hotel is beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing. We went all inclusive plenty of drinks to choose from. The Hote ELENI had serious organizational issues. The restaurant is constantly orercrowded and, despite the good weather, there are no tables on the terrace, which is unacceptable. The only position aspect is Gianna at breakfast, who genuinely tries to help guests and speaks very good English.

I know that these apartments have not had the best of reviews for cleanliness. There were some minor issues but nothing that a half hour clean did not resolve. We had a villa, next to reception, which was fine, just up the steps to the pool, great view and en-suite to both bedrooms. However there was a few things that were a bit irritating! Firstly, and of most concern, no smoke alarms (the base of one was located directly above the oven!) a ragtag collection of crockery, cutlery and cookware (only one eggcup and two saucepans, no frying pan!) no toaster...
