Nice and cozy with minimalistic furniture yet functional. I just wish that the internet signal was stronger at the room. Also it would be great if they had vegetarian and vegan meal options that are not sweet.

It's up in the mountains so the weather was really nice, but it did change quite quickly. The rooms were nice. The pillows were kinda weird, otherwise it was pretty good. The service from bartender Dave was awesome.

A pleasant hotel that has mountain charm and where we were well taken care of. Everyone from the staff is very nice and went out of their way to accommodate us in everything. The hotel is after partial reconstruction. The bathroom with toilet is new, everything is clean. The TV was big and new. The furniture in the room is partly older, partly newer. Enough space in the closets and in the hallway....

Very old looking hotel, I guess 30 years back. The rooms are not very similar to the pictures, they are clean, but our second room smelled like cigarettes. But the bathrooms are nicely renovated. The rooms have a TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. There is also a small safe which I couldn't figure out how to open. We really enjoyed our stay (in summer), the location is superb and the staff couldnt be nicer. Really recommend for people who prefer paying for location instead of amenities.

Cheap and conditions are maybe a little poor, but service personel is very kind and supportive so I recommend and thank you.

We visited this guest house for three days in August. Welcoming and friendly owner, nice and clean rooms, the same bathroom and toilet that are in the room. Wi-fi, TV and minibar are available. It is possible to use the kitchen. Breakfasts are also ok. The only problem may arise when paying, the owner only accepts cash and it is not possible to pay by card. The owners at their place, know exactly what the guest wants. A smile every day for every customer. Clean rooms, tastefully furnished, new furniture, comfort, you feel at home. We go regularly twice a year, a small group of families with children. 7 rooms, a beautiful common room where we play and sing until the morning in the evenings. I can recommend. You are like in a fairy tale.

Too small shower and no vegetarian dinner options. (at least when I was there) Other than that, everyone is very nice and the view on the surrounding area is amazing, there is is a room for activities like dart, ping pong and pool. Very satisfied.

The bathroom shocked me with somebody else hair in shower, mildew in corner of it. Color on the wall cracked and interior of design thirty years ago. At least employees was friendly and nice.

Hotel je přímo u vleku, skvělé místo. Personál perfektní, vstřícný, téměř nic nebyl problém, na všem se nechalo domluvit, jídla dost k snídani, možnost dát si i teplý oběd v restauraci. Considering the reviews we had read, we were a little worried about what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, spacious rooms. The half board was tasty - a choice of 3 meals for dinner, sufficient, we always enjoyed ourselves. 1 point - little hot water, it only flowed slowly, the evening was over vlazna. The location of the hotel is TOP. We would love to come back.

We visited with a school from the Netherlands. The bar lady and first chef were very friendly and helpfull! Communication is sometimes challenging but with google translate we managed to understand each other perfectly.

Excellent Krakonoš beer and excellent ready-made beer. If you want to eat well, I recommend it. Decent prices and decent portions. Stone. Still a true Krkonoše pub. A roaring fireplace and a children's corner.

Food is good, radio music is annoying and the service is sometimes quite cheeky (depends on which waiter you get). Only the food is worth it...

We were only there for lunch. Pleasant sitting in the garden, friendly service, excellent home cooking. Bonus homemade rhubarb pie with whipped cream and homemade strudel with ice cream - it was perfect :)

Older but functional and clean guest house near the cross-country trails. Very good breakfast, kitchen and lounge. Dear owner, pension suitable for children. We will be happy to return.

Really nice place, with clean rooms, private wellness, good food and friendly owners. It's ideal for families with small kids.

Great in every way. It is a quieter place so you are not on the main road but at the same time it is not completely isolated, beautiful, new, clean. The owner is very easy-going, nothing was a problem. A sauna with an outdoor ice barrel is just the icing on the cake. I can recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience.

The weekend we spent at this guest house was absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful, the environment of both the pension and the surroundings without any comments. Benecko, wonderful place, beautiful view of the surroundings, we enjoyed it a lot.

Although the accommodation is older, it is great for a family holiday in the mountains, and the new owners plan to invest all the profit in the renovation. I can only recommend it for a repeat stay. A small slope including a rental office and cool instructors approx. 50m above the hut
